Hotel was fancy with a whirlpool, fountain, fishtank with ciclids, and a granite counter in the room. Fishtank seemed to have about 20 times too many fish, which was not calming. Housekeeping knocked at 8:30 am and expected me to come to the door just to see if I was in there - why? The fridge was warm when I came and smelled like sour milk. They offered another room but I declined. With the cupboard door open, it worked fine and there was no smell. The front desk staff were courteous. Bed and linens were comfortable, and 1/8 pillows was flat enough to use. Overall good with some drawbacks.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! I wish had gotten their names. The location is great and very affordable, and very clean. I would stay here again!

Enjoyable but unexpected
My husband & I 2 night stay was excellent. The only drawback was the 2nd shift attendant on my second night gave my door dash Dasher my wrong room number. I had to get my delivery myself from that wrong room number.

Wonderful stay!
This was absolutely the best stay I've ever had at a Quality Inn! The lobby is beautiful, and everything in the rooms has been updated nicely. It was comfortable, clean, and safe, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. If in the area, I will definitely stay again! The hot tub wasn't open, but the pool was, and the breakfast was better than any I've seen since Covid changed everything. Highly recommend!

Uncomfortable, Cramped, Damaged
The ac was broken, would not blow cold, the window did not have a screen so couldn't open the window, the curtains had damaged in it so sunlight would be peeking through, the curtain rod fell when taking a shower, the beds would not stay in place and kept moving everywhere, the doors were damaged, if u wanted to throw away garbage u had to go in the hallway, the toilets are super small, and under powered had to flush multiple times. The room was cramped and uncomfortable and we were sweating in bare clothes without blankets trying to sleep. Reported to manager for refund

Good for a night
It’s been a few years since I’ve stayed at this location and it hasn’t updated a bit. Furniture and room were quite dated. Good enough for a night and a great location for nearby shopping but otherwise not too much to say. Cleaning staff were loud in the hallway and knocked on the door (with do not disturb sign posted) at 10 am even though check out was at noon. Probably would look at other options before staying here again. Not good, not bad, but meh.

Curtains need to be replaced, light shines thru very easily. Replace cracked mirror and paint inside of bathroom door. Great location. Decent breakfast except OJ mostly water.

no hot tub
Before coming to Schaumburg we checked for hotels that had hot tubs to soak our old bones :) Wed were VERY DISAPPOINTED that the hot tub out empty. I guess we'll have to check closer next time :(
