“Great Location”

Just one half block off Michigan Ave the location could not have been better. Several major bus lines run up and down that street so you can easily get anywhere using public transportation. The place you purchase the Chicago transit card which gives you unlimited public transportation for a specified period of time is just a block and one half from the hotel. The place you pick up the Chicago Card that gives you access to musiems etc. is a five minute bus ride. There is also a place called the Delaware Deli a block east and south of the hotel that sells liquor, groceries, and snacks. I mention this because it is in the basement of a building and hard to see from the street.

“Fantastic Location and Price”

The Millenium Knickerbocker Hotel was located in the heart of Chicago. This was just what we were looking for. Even though the gym was closed due to renovations, they had accommodations at a nearby hotel for guests to use. The rooms were clean. Everything was fantastic about our stay. And thanks to Expedia...the price was unbeatable!

I absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very nice and comical upon my check in. There was not a long wait to get up to my room. The room was very emaculant, warm, and cozy. The bed was a bit firm for me but it was full of pillows which made up for that. There was a beautiful wall mirror as the head board. The staff was able to tell me exactly where to go for all of my desitinations. There was no guess work when walking around. Let's not talk about the martini bar. The martinis were great!!!! They had martinis I never heard of and they were great!!! I would definantly go back.

we had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were a good size with a very comfy bed, the shower was a rain shower and very nice though could have done with a bit more power. the lobby was nice and large, the drinks at the bar were overpriced and our iron was dirty and left marks on my husbands shirt but apart from that very, very pleased, we will return

The Knickerbocker Hotel surpassed our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect with Magnificent Mile 1/2 block away, Lake Michigan 2 blocks away, and Rush Street 2 blocks away. Hancock Tower is around the corner. The service at the hotel was excellent as well as the accommodations! Thank you!
