Generaly good place to stay. Rooms areclean and taken care of. Cleaning staff very friendly. Receptionist were not really welcoming, but did their job. Carpet in common area dirty and old. Entrance smells as smoked place, even though it's non-smoking area. Nice little gym. Swimming pool was closed for inspection.

When I went to check in they told me the hotel was overbooked so they couldn't accommodate me. No one called or emailed me before my stay to advise me of this. This was for a last minute business trip. I would like my credit card credited & a voucher for my inconvenience. Thank you!

The hotel did not charge any of the guests that were rebooked and refunds would come from the 3rd party you booked your reservation.

we only stayed overnight but everything was great and our room was very conveniet for my husband who was in an electric wheelchair only issue was the toilet should be a raised toilet for easier transfer from a chair.

I had reserved 2 rooms and so should have been able to check in quickly. Instead it took 1/2 hour from the time we arrived until we got our keys. 2 other customers were checked in at the other counter while we waited.

There was a party across the hall from us. They were very loud and you could smell weed. We were there to get rest and compete in a wrestling tournament early in the morning. The front desk person must have know the people because they were laughing and joking when they were told they were too loud.

We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant stay at our Bolingbrook location. The hotel is 100% non-smoking guests may smoke in designated areas. The hotel has introduced a $250 authorization hold per guest for this exact reason and since this policy was put into place. The property has not had any incidents such as the one you described. We take these matters very seriously and we will be speaking to the front desk staff in regards to the comments listed in this review. Thanks again for making us aware of this matter we will address it with our front desk staff.

The pool was not open. Breakfast at most places is provided beginning at 6am and it was not any where near set up at almost 7. We arrived at midnight and were told we couldn’t check in until the audit was finished. The entire building smelled like weed.

Courtesy was lacking at check-in, he acted like he didn’t care if we were there or not. There was no hairdryer in the room, one was advertised to be there. The man at the front desk just basically told me to deal with it. I asked to speak to a manager the next morning, and they sent someone to just get a message from me. I never heard back from the manager. I will not stay at this motel again

Not worth it.
The room needs a badly needed upgrade. The bathroom door is broken i.e. does not have a lock but a 'hole' where the lock should have been. The room phone does not work and I had to call the hotel using my phone to call the front desk. The room was obviously not properly cleaned.

My husband and I were there for 3 nights. Checking in was non eventful. The staff was great, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, on Saturday I'd ask the "non-Caucasian" man if we could have our room cleaned. He pointed to a sign and stated due to COVID they didn't clean rooms; then he walked away. I asked if they could at least put clean towels in the room and empty the trash. According to the sign he pointed to, they will remove the trash, bring clean towels and tissue paper. Well, we returned at10 o'clock that night, there were no towels and the trash hadn't been removed and there wasn't any tissue. I had to call down for fresh towels and tissue paper, my husband walked down to retrieve. This man was rude and not willing to help a paying customer. This was the first time and the last time we will stay at this location. We are natives of Bolingbrook and come back to visit a couple of times a year. I spend my money where it is appreciated, he was not customer friendly. Also, they need to fix the giant pot holes in the parking lot, the last thing we needed was a flat tire from the craters in the parking lot.

It was really really nice! Staff was really helpful. I called beforehand and Anna Teresa was extremely kind and helpful and I can’t remember the man’s name but check to see who was working on the evening of Saturday 10/16. He was an older gentleman who was fantastic. Clean rooms too!

The girl at the front desk (during night shift) was awesome! She made sure she explained everything in detail and that we had everything we needed or she would make sure to get it for us. Excellent customer service!

A cluster!
The carpet in the stair well was disgusting! The room was clean and smelled good, but the bathroom toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. For a room with 2 Queen beds and 4 people we only had 2 towels. They overbooked the hotel and we were given a room that already had people in it. They got us another room and then we had a family walk into our room b/c they did the same thing to them. That family had to go to a different hotel b/c it was full. That was bad service!!
