Our recent stayleft us deeply disappointed and frustrated. We accidentally left three stuffed animals/pillows in our room, which were incredibly important to our 4-year-old son. Upon realizing this, we called the hotel multiple times and were put on hold each time. We were told to call back a week later because they were unaware of lost and found procedures. Desperate to retrieve the toys, we drove back to the hotel after an hour of travel. Despite explaining the situation and emphasizing the importance of these items to our child, we were met with indifference and told that nothing was found. This entire experience has been a major letdown. Our son is heartbroken, and the lack of empathy and assistance from the hotel was disheartening. We expected better customer service and accountability. We won't be returning and we can't recommend it to others.

The room was clean and comfortable but a bit run down. The room darkening curtain s had holes that filtered light, the window has a 1/4" gap where it clised. The tile in entry and bathroom and tub had black scuffs. The TV had a few dish channels but you could not connect to any of the options like Netflix or even cast to television. Breakfast was bare minimum, consisted of waffle mix, scrambled eggs, sausage links, oatmeal, blueberry muffin, white bread, plain bagels and maybe cereal choices. The staff was friendly.

The broken glass in the grassy areas, in the parking lot as well. Stench of smoking dope in hall. Air leaks around the heating unit. Next i was expecting hookers around the front desk.

The room does not look like the photos. They are currently in the process of renovating the rooms. They are outdated but the room I was put in had stains in the carpet. Water stains on the wall. I wouldn’t recommend unless they finish renovations. The carpets need to be completely removed, they look horrible. I’ve attached photos

Property could use a deep clean; carpet in hallways is disgusting. Tried to charge me a $30 early checkin fee for checking in at 2:15pm instead of the normal time of 3pm. Towels are not a lot thicker than a paper towel. It’s obvious, the hire staff doesn’t care about the appearance of the property.

Great free breakfasts and service when needed. The carpeting in the hallways and in the rooms was extremely dirty. The hotel was in the beginnings of renovation, so high hopes for the newly renovated hotel.

There is a lot of construction going around this hotel and it feels super unsafe. Although I had no issues they are still going through a renovation process at the moment and the rooms were a bit messy and unkept. I thankfully only stayed two nights due to the Delta hotel being at capacity but would not recommend this hotel to others
