“Lovely stay!!! ヾ(〃^0^)ノ”
I arrived to the airport close to 11:00p when the complimentary shuttle service ends, but the hotel staff and driver was extremely helpful and accomodating and picked me up last minute. The hotel room was pretty big for the low price, and even came with a fridge and a microwave. Jameson Suites serves complimentary breakfast from 7:00a-9:00a which had a variety of breakfast food from cereal to biscuits and gravy, and a waffle maker! There was also a Japanese breafast with rice w/furikake and miso soup, but there was only boiled eggs to go with the rice. (So if you're Japanese or Asian, I'd suggest buying an entree at Mitsuwa which is only two buildings away.) I had a wonderful stay at Jameson Suites, and wouldn't think twice about staying there again the next time I visit Chicago!
“Very good hotel”
Very good hotel, excelent breakfast, super-polite staff, restaurants around, shopping around, van service, we were very well impressed.
“Convenient and a Bargain”
I have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting family. There are other hotels nearby, most of them more expensive, some a bit cheaper. None of them offered the same level of amenities for the price: free airport and neighborhood shuttle, free wireless, breakfast. This was invaluable during my recent trip for a funeral. A number of family members were staying there and they were great about getting us in rooms near each other and driving us to the funeral home, etc. The rooms are not lighted well, but that's my only complaint
“I would stay here again.”
Hotel was nice and close to the interstate. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great.
“Right place, right time”
This is a chain I've never stayed at before. Everyone on staff, front desk, maintenance, room service was helpful and all about making my stay a positive event all around.
“Excellent Service! Will stay again.”
The amenities of this hotel are virtually endless! The rooms are very spacious, complete all the amenities a person may need. Wi-Fi internet access is offered throughout the hotel. There is a whirlpool tub on the first floor and a fitness center on the fifth floor. I enjoyed the whirlpool very much. During my stay, the staff was in the process of replacing the mattresses. The bed in my room was very comfortable, much like my own bed at home! There isn't a restaurant inside the hotel, but it does offer a great breakfast with a wide variety of items. There is also an IHOP, a Denny's and a few other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The front desk staff and the shuttle van drivers were all very friendly and helpful! I have no complaints about this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the Chicago area.
“What more can you ask for Perfect for the Price!”
Wow! What a staff was the thought constantly going through my head after we left the Jameson Suites. My wife and I stayed there June 19th - 22nd and constantly talked about the way they treated us. The only negative to staying there is the distance to downtown and no places around to really party (ok, ok, so we like to dance). Now for the good, the room was spacious and clean and worked out really well due to the included refrigerator, microwave, sink, and even a set of dishes. The shuttle they provide will take you places that are within a radius of the hotel and even gets you to the Metra train station which you can take to get to the CTA train line which gets you downtown and around the sights and sounds. We liked the CTA because you can ride the trains as well as the buses just be prepared to walk, it's so much cheaper than dealing with expensive Taxis (we recommend the 3 day pass for $12.00) . The place was clean, quiet, and a great bargain. The most important thing the hotel offers is the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Ryan, Cathey, Dave, Jose', Nick, and everyone else helped us to really enjoy Chicago and more importantly the "people".Thanks again guys we will be back!
“very good value”
This hotel was a pleasant surprise - very quiet, clean and with a more than decent breakfast too. It offers more than you what you would expect for the price.Well designed rooms help keep the rooms quiet - I heard little if any hall noise or banging doors. The fitness center was disappointing though, only a few cardio machines. Loads of free parking and free in - room Internet that actually worked pretty well.Walking distance to Mitsuwa Japanese supermarket is a plus.Convenient to highways and O'Hare. Overall, this is one of the best deals in the area.
“Can't be beat for basic comfort and price with no hassles”
This is a decent hotel with low-key staff who do their job without getting in your way. Room was clean and quite large and comfortable. Can't beat the price for a fine, quality room you don't have to be scared of at Motel 6 prices, which include a serve-yourself breakfast buffet that had adequate selection to get you going in the morning. We loved the make-your-own waffles with real maple syrup! They were better than what I've had in restaurants. And they had yogurt, too. I would be happy with staying here even for an extended trip. Central location for touring Chicago and the suburbs by car. Also, Arlington Heights is a nice town with good restaurants and train station to Chicago.
“Will go Back”
I have stayed in this hotel before and will definitly stay again! Nice rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast.
