I stayed at the Intercontinental Chicago as part of a package from expedia at a very attractive price- Wow what a hotel!!! First Class accommodations. Beautiful Art Deco building. LARGE marble bathroom (the bathroom was the size of the last Manhattan room I rented)

“Amazing Service and a FANTASTIC Location”

This hotel has everything I wanted and more. I checked in early, and checked out late with absolutely no trouble. They had great recommendations to answer every single question I had and the location makes everything even easier. It's close to the water, great restaurants, shops, theatres, and always has a taxi available outside. The service here was OUTSTANDING - the best I've ever seen at a hotel. AND THERE'S A POOL! I can't tell you how much this hotel made my trip into an awesome experience. You just have to go and see for yourself. Chicago is an amazing city and this hotel is the perfect cherry on top of a vacation to this beautiful and windy city.

“Beautiful room, fabulous view!”

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a great view of Michigan Avenue and the Tribune Building. I absolutely love the location of the InterConnential and their staff. We will absolutely return! Thank you for making the stay so easy for us.

We felt very comfortable at the Intercontinental. Our room on the 23rd floor had a nice view of the river. Jeff, the concierge, was fantastic.

Intercontinetal is allways de same: a very good option.In my opinion this is the best option in Chicago. Front desk staff,room,concierge,all of then excellent. I checked at midnight after a 36 hour travel from Brazil and front desk agent had a smile on her face.

Great motel that was close to everything that down town Chicago has to offer. The bed and pillows were as close to home as I have found in a hotel...a real plus!

“Perfect place to stay in Chicago”

This is a great place to stay in the city. The location is prime, we walked everywhere be it shops, parks, museums and navy pier. We arrived really early in the morning and they quickly had a room for us to check into despite the time, which was really nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful considering it was our first trip to Chicago. The room was a decent size, and nice and clean with a comfy bed. I would very much recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore the main downtown Chicago area!

“I would like to go back in July and experience Chicago in the summer”

Excellent location in the heart of the City of Chicago. The rooms were clean and spacious. The service: the Chefs, Maids, Waiters, Waitresses and the Bell Hops were excellent. They were both friendly and very helpful. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, because we wanted to experience the different flavors of Chicago; but you have got to experience their breakfast buffets. Their breakfast buffet is the tops, in both flavor and variety. I would definitely recommend staying at the InterContinental Chicago.
