“Very convenient location!”

Most of the attractions were within walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean and not too out of date. For the price we paid, it was great! I would come back to this hotel again.

“Not worth the Money”

The lobby is about the only nice thing in this hotel. I'm 26 and not fussy about much when staying right by Michigan Ave. but the rooms are laughable, and taking a shower with the knob turned all the way to Hot typically means scorching water...not here, it was luke warm at best. Won't be staying here ever again!

“Excellent customer service”

Clean small room and bathroom. Excellent customer service, I would like to compliment the housekeeping staff who found my cell phone after my departure and security who got it back to me.

“If you stay up late and don't mind the noise this place is great”

Only 2 problems with the room, walls seemed paper thin and we could hear other hotel guests clear as day in the hallways until 1 or 2 in the morning. Also like other reviews mention, room service was knocking on the door at 8 am despite us using the do not disturb tag on the door handle. Knocking just once wasn't enough, I had to ask the woman to leave us alone before she moved on to the next room. We stayed in a contemporary queen, room was clean neat and orderly. Check in was painless and room service rates were very affordable. We might stay here again if room service learns to respect do not disturb signs

Eggspierence is a restaurant a few blocks up the road and is worth checking out for breakfast

“The best location for this price”

If you consider the location as your priority, it will be your best shot. Safe neighborhood. The water was not running warm enough. Overall, the hotel and what it offers were good as long as the price and location are concerned. I recommend it to the people who look for a place in a good location but who don`t mind the comfort much.
