“Surprised and satisfied”

Before checking in, I was kind of anxious with the previous comments I had read. And it was a great surprise to see that the Hotel is really nice! The continental breakfast is one of the best I have ever had in this category of hotels in USA and was the bedroom was such a perfect and clean place to stay and relax. As it was cold outside, sometimes I intended to stay on bed and relax. Nice mattress, bathroom and service. No problems and no stress. Ah, and it was near the subway and in a wonderful and attractive neighborhood. Sure I gonna re-stay there in the future.

Good hotel, reasonable rates, good location. My room was a little small, but other than that, very clean and comfortable.

Staff was very helpful..recommended restaurants, attractions, etc. Location was very good for our trip to Wrigley. We walked back from a jazz club at midnight and felt safe.My grandson and I had a wonderful first trip to Chicago.

“What are people complaining about???”

I was so skeptical when I read all the bad reviews, but now that I've stayed here I know better. Other must have been expecting a 5 star hotel with lavish rooms and room service. Its not. What this place IS, is a great night stay in a clean well kept VERY OLD hotel but up to date hotel WITH SMALL ROOMS. Thats the worst part...small rooms. But the price is CHEAP. Get over the fact the rooms are small, and you've got a great place to stay in a great location.

“Inn at Lincolm Park -- nice place nice location -- one quibble”

The inn at Lincoln Park is a nice hotel at a great location, just off the north edge of Chicago's Lincoln Park. Its in a great neighborhood with excellent transit connections. My only quibble: The room needs a desk. I had to do work in the room and to do so, had to move the TV and create a little space on top of the dresser for my portable computer.

“Excellent Location, Neighborhood Feel”

Have stayed before and liked it and were happy we chose it again. It's a hotel, but You feel You are in someone's house or a bed and breakfast. Old world charm and the breakfast in the morning is done nicely. The Service staff are very serious about doing their part well. Will go back again next time we visit Chicago.

“Great place to stay!”

If you're looking for luxury and lots of amenities, this is not for you. If you're looking for a clean room, friendly, helpful staff, and a good neighborhood at a great price, this is perfect. We walked to Wrigley Field, walked to restaurants -- had a wonderful weekend in Chicago. We will stay here again!

Staff was very friendly, very helpful when it came to parking which was nice. If you are looking to spend a day/night in Lincoln Park this is a great place to stay.

I was very satisfied with the Hotel, of course it is old, but that is the charm of it. Alicja was very helpful with everything I asked her. and the area is very close to just about anything you want to do. I had lunch at Barrios', 3 blocks away, and it was the best Mexican food outside of Mexico. Will be going again in Aug. and staying at The Inn at Lincoln Park.

“Inn @ Lincoln Park”

It was a very nice hotel with lots of character and charm. They had a delicious spread every morning (complimentary) and curtious staff. My only complaint is that the shower was hot then cold, it wasn't a constant tempreture. Other then that it was a great stay!
