“Excellent choice”

We have visited Chicago twice, Oct 2008 and Nov 2008, and each time we stayed at this Hyatt. I have no plans to stay any other place when visiting this area. Location of the hotel and staff at the hotel can't be beat!

“WONDERFUL VISIT!”

Very beautiful Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Suburban location so lots of shopping in every direction. I didn't need to visit Chicago proper, so my drive to a nearby suburb was only 20 minutes. The room was absolutely wonderful. Was able to access the internet for work with no problems at all. Can't say enough nice things about this hotel.

“Great place to stay and shop”

I stayed here with my mom and sister for a girls weekend of shopping and theater. This hotel was great for the shopping part. We enjoyed being right by the mall. The bell hop was very personable and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable.

The hotel's location was perfect! In walking distance of Ikea and restaurants even the mall! Though for shopping you would probably want to drive. The room was clean and comfortable! My only problem was there was no plug in near the bed, but other then that it was a nice stay.

“Nice weekend trip”

We thought the hotel was very nice. The hotel staff was very accomodating. It was on New Years Eve we expected there to be some noise however, the rooms were quiet once we shut the door to the room. We are excited to go back and enjoy the outdoor pool in the summer.

“"Only place to stay in Schaumburg"”

This Hyatt is simply the best place to stay if you have business in the Schaumburg area. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed -- ideal for the business traveler. The hotel restaurant serves consistently excellent meals -- the salmon specialty is among the best I have experienced inland. Definitely a repeat "winner".

It is a beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast buffe. The room was very pretty and comfortable. Excellent service with friendly personnel. I will recomend it. It is at waking distance of a very big shopping mall and a Olive Garden. Love it!!!!
