“comfortable”

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was delicious with generous portions. The personnel at the front desk waere very accomodating.

“Can't Wait to go Back”

The hotel is very conveniently located to O'Hare International Airport. It's also only a short walk to the train station in Rosemont. I found the self check-in and self check-out extremely handy, as well as the FastBoard station in the lobby, where you can print your airline boarding pass prior to leaving your hotel. There is also a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport that is run by Hyatt. It circulates on a convenient timetable and is your best bet for ground transportation to/from the hotel and the airport. The bed and pillows were totally comfortable, and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. Very pleasurable stay. I would definitely recommend it to other travellers and stay there again on any future trips to the Chicago area.

“great trip”

hotel was close to airport, room was clean and comfortable, service was very good. only downfall was that if you have a car, you have to pay $22 a day to park.overall a great experience

“great stay!”

Beautiful hotel, it was nice to stay out of the downtown Chicago area and just take the train in. Was a ways from downtown but well worth the travel. Will come back

“What a delightful hotel!”

Overall, a fantastic hotel. Great beds; VERY accomodating staff. Met every request made to their Perfect Stay button on the phone. Watch out for the minibar - lifting or moving items creates a charge, but they graciously removed it upon checkout.
