“One of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed in!”

On the day we arrived, we went straight to the hotel from the airport. We arrived a couple hours before our official check in time, but the front desk was very friendly and let us check in early without a fee or anything. They quickly checked us in our room, but when we went to it we discovered that there was already someone staying in the room. We went back to the check in desk and told them what happened, not only did they apologize sincerely, but they gave us free breakfast coupons for the rest of our stay and they upgraded us to a nicer room with a better view. It was great! Also, they were very friendly and had no problems giving us directions and advice on good restaurants. If I am ever in Chicago again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. It is nice, comfortable, convenient and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

“Great for an overnight stay - careful with the train”

The hotel its incredibly clean and for the price its features are incredible. Above that, the service its one of the best I've ever experienced specially from the guys behind the reception (these guys know about customer satisfaction). The only problem with the hotel is the railtrack next to it. If you are a light-sleeped kind of person be careful with the room location.

“SUPER Close to O'Hare!!”

Five minutes from Rental Car return, but QUIET! Clean, spacious rooms, and a great sports-bar restaurant within. Also close to Gino's stuffed pizza and major highways... I'll be back!

“Best hotel by the airport!”

The people at the front desk were amazing! They went above and beyond helping us with all our needs since we were traveling with a very large sum of luggage etc. The room was very clean, super up to date and perfect for our traveling situation. If your ever in chicago for just the night or looking to stay close to O'hare I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. I travel all the time all over the world and stay in many places I can honestly I will absolutely stay there again!

“This is a clean, friendly hotel to stay in...”

The stay was most enjoyable for the two days that I was there. The only problem that I had was that I was expecting a buffet breakfast in the morning like other holiday inns that I have been in. I ate at Harry Carry's in place of the buffet, so I still enjoyed myself. Other than that, I will give it five stars. regards, Stu
