“Exceptional staff”

We truly appreciate everything the staff did to help us navigate through the city! We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport, but the area lacks close restaurants and shops. The staff was exceptionally helpful in providing directions, suggestions, and shuttle service to areas within a 5 mile radius. If we are in the Chicago area in the future, we will definitely consider staying at this hotel.

Would highly recommend. Good for an extended family stay as conveniences (L train, grocery store) all within walking distance. Not a great gym but there was a pool for exercise too. Staff very friendly and customer minded.

“Pretty good for the price and what I used it for”

We stayed here for a couple of nights and would take the blue line into downtown. It is very close to O'hare and very convenient to downtown. The only downside is the shuttle definitely doesn't run as often as they say. Overall the room was nice, the location was convenient, and it is a good bang for your buck.

The service was exceptional, the host was very friendly. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Everything was really nice and it was a very good experience.

“Hotel was Great”

I took a trip to Chicago in order to find an apartment out there. I thought this hotel was great because it was close to transportation, the el, which was very convenient for my getting around. The hostesses were also great and very polite.

“Blueline”

This hotel is close to the blueline train. This made it convenient for us to get downtown. I recommend this for the price of the hotel.

“Great place to stay”

Everything is perfect except that it is 45 minutes away from Chicago downtown by train. The train station is just within 5 minutes walking distance so it is not a problem. Hotel prices in downtown can be extremely expensive so Ramada gives an affordable option for students like myself. The hotel also offers free shuttle service (half an hour frequency) to and fro O'Hare so if you're travelling to and from Chicago by plane it's not a problem too.

I always stay at Holiday Inn's. So far, I've always been satisfied.

“Holiday Inn O'Hare is all that!”

Check-in was a breeze, and the employees were very professional and friendly. The rooms were cozy, and the beds were extremely comfortable. In addition, there are microwaves and small refrigerators in the room. This way, if you don't want to spend a lot of money eating out, you can purchase your own foods and nuke them. The hotel bus will practically take you anywhere you want to go. Finally, the ride to O'Hare Airport is approximately ten minutes away. As I stated, Holiday Inn O'Hare is all that!!
