The service staff were good except for their casual attire. I did not think they were the people who worked there, I thought they were guests staying there. And when you are giving someone your credit card to pay for your room you want to feel secure in who you are giving it to. The front desk associate was wearing jogging pants and a hoodie with the hood on over his head and it shaded his face which made it difficult to see his face.
The room was very outdated, cracked lampshades, no vent in bathroom, furnishings, train tracks by the building, hot breakfast wasn’t served (said that something was broken), it was rough. Everything seemed like it was ok until we went to bed and all we could smell through the vents was marijuana-when it’s going through the vents there’s nothing you can do, you are stuck smelling it. Moving to another room wouldn’t have helped. It was not a great experience.
