“Very nice hotel. Good facilities.”
I think the hotel is excellent.
“Great choice”
Anytime I need a place to stay near O'hare this will be where I stay.
“Good Stay”
Nice stay
“Convenient & Good Value”
Rooms are very clean and well appointed. Beds very comfy. The Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Neighborhood was safe and offered some shopping and restaurants nearby. The location of the Holiday Inn Express is great for using the train to access downtown Chicago. Also a short drive on the interstate. Only issue with using the train. You must take the hotel shuttle back to the airport to catch the train. The shuttle only runs 2x's an hour. This was a minor inconvenience, until the hotel sent a little bus to pick up 20 plus customers. One rude man, using profanity...push his entire family of 8 on the bus. Leaving the rest of us, including one women and her wheelchair bound husband, on the curb to wait for the next shuttle which the driver indicated would be another 35 minutes. The hotel should run the shuttles continuously..as the hotel is only a 10 minute ride away. That would resolve this issue of overcrowded bus. Plus keep them competative with surrounding hotels, as we saw many hotel shuttles circle back 3 and 4 times as we waited for the Holiday Inn Express shuttle.
“What I was looking for”
reasonable price. easily accessible location. quiet and clean. everything was great!
“Nicest Holiday Inn ever”
I stay at about 8 hotels every year, and I've stayed at about 10 different Holiday Inn's throughout the country over the past 10 years. This O'Hare Airport Holiday Inn is the cleanest, nicest, most modern Holiday Inn I have ever seen. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it's well above average among hotels in its class. The price is very reasonable and the breakfast (free) was also better quality than I would expect from a 3-star hotel. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.
“Fred from Arizona”
The hotel was next to O'Hare, a shuttle every 30 Min. was great. Not much in surrounding area, unless you have a car, You can take the shuttle to O'Hare and take the Rail to Chicago, Blue Line,18 Mi., $2.25 one way. First time in Ill., first Tornado warning, June is warm, humid, rainey. Went on business so it didn't matter, didn't get to Chicage either. Breakfast was good, i'd stay again.
“Good value, very clean and comfortable!”
Nice hotel for the money. It's an Express type hotel but there was a sports bar and restaurant next door.
“will stay when i go back to chicago”
great place to stay and the breakfast was very good and offered a great deal of choices.
“Good hotel and handy for O'Hare”
Excellent hotel for the busniess traveller. Had stayed at a less expensive hotel before, within sight of this one, and it doesn't compare. Pay the extra and stay here. Good selection of restaurants about half a mile down the road, and a Target too in case you need something.
