“Great lodging in St. Charles”

We had a great stay at this property, very clean, very modern, excellent staff. Comfortable bed, great location. We will stay here again any time we're in the area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Should have went here instead of Chicago. St. Charles is really a nice place to visit.

“Good Stay”

This was a very clean, pleasant hotel with good amentities. It was across the street from a resort, and close to many restaurants and a mall. Good place to stay in St. Charles if you have a car.

“Fantastic Location”

This Hilton is very well maintained with a nice exercise room, pool and hot tub. It is close to St. Charles and Pheasant Run where my wife attends a conference every year. We will definitely stay there in the future. The only thing that would make it better would be free breakfast, but with many restaurants near by that was not a big problem. (We thought their breakfast buffet was priced a little high.)

“Nice, Clean Hotel”

The first thing that struck me about this place is how small and quaint it was for a Hilton. The next thing was the cleanliness--looked and smelled extremely clean. We didn't get a chance ot take advantage of many of the amenities (we only stayed one night), but it looked like the pool, exercise room and business center looked more than adequate. The room was comfortable, with an exceptionally comfy chair, a bed with adjustable firmness on each side, and a nice desk and office chair. There was wifi and wired internet available in the room and many cable channels on television (as well as first-run movies, for a fee). The staff was courteous and helpful. My only disappointment with the stay was that room service was not available in the morning (5PM to 9PM only). The town of St. Charles is a perfect short getaway. It has lots of shops , restaurants, night life, and decnt local attractions within a short drive.

“Very Nice! Very Clean!”

Stayed there to attend a party because Pheasant Run was booked. Convenient walk across the street. Checked in early to take our kids to the pool. Room was very clean. Sign letting us know that the duvet and pillow covers had all been laundered. Pool had beach ball and noodles for the kids to play with. Beds were very comfortable. The ONLY thing is that the breakfast buffet, though very nice, was not free. We knew it wasn't free, but we saw a lot of guests looking shocked when they were told this news. Maybe better signage or communication of this. We were told that the kids could eat at half price, but when we got the bill it was just actually really close to being half price. Otherwise, this place was great. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Very conviniently located to little shops and restaruants. Wonderful complementary breakfast. The hotel overall is very nice for its price.

“Should have no smoking!”

They gave me a no-smoking room, but is smells like an ashtray. Hard to sleep in an ashtray. Other than that, the hotel was overall well kept.

“A little disappointed!”

Upon entering the room, the carpet felt damp, like it had just been cleaned (which it hadn't). The air conditioner was extremely loud, and the tub faucet wasn't working properly, so couldn't get a shower in the morning. Very disappointed.
