Brian who checked me in was very kind and thorough. Beeping in the wee hours of morning woke me up. Then when I woke later in the morning due to bed by cold, I figured that was what the beeping was; the heat system not working. 2 bulbs were out; one in room, one in bathroom . I had to switch a couple bulbs to make it convenient for my purposes. There wasn’t a menu for the restaurant, not any local menus available in my room. I also didn’t find the hotel dining menu available online; I likely would have ordered from my room as I didn’t want to go anywhere. The hotel was under construction; this really didn’t have a negative impact on my stay. The bedding smelled nice and the towels were big a fluffy; both of which were appreciated.

We prefer a fan in bathroom. Water from shower hits you when you turn it on, cold water. In room coffee sucks, A biggie here, continental breakfast cost 8.50!! Coffee in lobby was free!

New years stay
The rooms are very outdated, Rugs are outdated, smelly pool was good, warm and clean area just no towels in pool area. Brian was very nice

Terrible Experience!!
The first room we got felt like someone slept on the beds before we came in. We changed the room but the beds were not well done. The bedsheets looked very old and rooms stinky. We didn't even feel like taking showers. The mattress springs were bothering the whole night on one side of bed, could not sleep properly. Completely mismanaged and dirty. Never recommend to anyone.

Not the worst for a bargain but not worth it.
I’m very easy going and can overlook small things, but this hotel did not meet expectations. Common area and room smelled weird. Cross between skunk covered up with cheap perfume. Floor was not vacuumed in our room with visible debris. Finally housekeeping knocked on our door with the DND sign starting at 9am- checkout was noon. Would stay again, I went with least expensive night thinking it’s just one night how bad can it be- well it wasn’t good.

Chose to spend a night at Hilton while in town visiting friends. Had a smooth check in, a clean room and checked out the next morning after a good nights rest. Lighting in the room was suboptimal, but all fixtures worked fine

Hello,had a problem with the noise coming from the room above us at 11pm and 5am.Also had a problem with the toilet not flushing properly.I had to keep lifting the lid to fix the chain in the toilet.Informed the front desk and they seemed indifferent to the situation and just said they were sorry about the situation.I am a Hilton honors member and not sure if I want to continue with that status.

The hotel was fine. I was frustrated to be charged additional fees for bringing my pet. I had selected that I was traveling with a pet and thought the price I had quoted was including that. Had I known I was going to be a charged an extra fee on top of an already higher room fee I would have stayed elsewhere. There are similar hotels in the area for less. I also found it strange that there is breakfast right in the lobby but it is only for Diamond members. I saw people getting breakfast and then being chased after for their room number so they could be charged and there were not any signs there would be a charge. It seems like it was another way to assess additional charges to people. I prefer to stay in hotels with transparent pricing.

I enjoyed staying at this property. It has most of the amenities I needed. I was a little disappointed in the lack of some good customer service. I called the front desk to ask for bedding to put on the fold out couch. They told me I would have to go down to the front desk to get it myself. I feel like the bedding should have been in the room before we arrived or someone should have brought it up to me.

Had to switch rooms right after we arrived. Walked into the first room to what smelled like extreme body odor. Second room was a little better, but after trying to sleep noticed the bedding had a bad smell to it as well. While checking out I over heard guests reporting the same issues to the front desk.
