“Comfortable”

Everything was nice about the hotel except the breakfast was a little sketchy.

“Nice hotel”

The room was roomy and nicely furnished. The hotel was new and well-kept. It is very close to the freeway so if traffic noise bothers you, consider a room on the West side of the hotel away from the interstate.

“great room but a distance from area attractions”

This hotel is very nice. Upper floors have a bit of noise due to the location of the interstate. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Very limited menu in the restaraunt. Private transportation a must. Taxi can be pricy.

“Well priced”

I needed to stay in Lake Forrest for a few days, and the Hilton was the best priced option and very close to the main town area of Lake Forrest (only 5 miles away). Very convenient and at least $20 less per day than the closest option. Couldn't beat it for the price and location. didn't care for the office park location, but it didn't matter much in the scheme of things.

“Pancho Villa”

The service and maintenance was terrific. The hotel is located right off the interstate - so good news/bad news. It is very convenient but the noise kept us up most of the first night.

Was very pleased with everything until we go to eat our free breakfast buffet and they charge us $25 for 2 buffets that were included in our price. I even showed the clerk at the desk our iteniery where it plainly stated free breakfast buffet and they still did not agree with me. However, after talking to the manager the corporate office is supposed to be sending us a refund.

“Good stay for what we needed”

We booked this hotel because it was close (walking distance) to a party we were attending and did not want to have to drive back to the city afterwards. Rate was good and they had no problem with us checking in early. However, first room we were given was actually missing the entire t.v.! Just like someone had stolen it....wires and stand were still there, t.v. was just gone! When I called the front desk, they were extremely surprised, but gave us a new room immediately. The girl was even on her way up with new room key as I was heading to desk. One (minor) problem was that rate I paid on Expedia said it included breakfast in a.m. and hotel said it did not. They gave me vouchers for breakfast (which was yummy), but said it is normally not included. Overall, decent experience and very comfy bed too (which is always important)

“Nice hotel”

Decent value. Hotel was close to the close to the freeway so there was a little extra noise. Also, when booking it indicated that free breakfast waas included. This was not the case.

“Good stopping point north of Chicago”

Very pleasing overall: comfortable, clean, friendly + helpful staff. Pool was being maintained, but an alternative was on offer. Only real drawback - proximity of the highway. If your room is the highway side + you're a light sleeper, the noise will disturb you.

“Great value”

This was a great stay for the price. Every thing was top shelf. Will use this hotel group agin.
