“Would recommend”

We arrived very late and the staff was incredibly courteous. We have two young children and the breakfast bar was great, so was the staff. Very kid friendly! We wish we had brought their swim suites...the gated pool is a huge plus.

“Great Location”

This was by far the most centrally located hotel in chicago as to convience to freeways, restaurants, and the ell train system. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful with directions, and the hotel shuttle service was superb, they were very cordial at getting us to the ell and picking us up on our way back, they were there quickly. One of our guests had to leave for the airport, and the shuttle driver got him there with ease. Would definitely stay there again.Breakfast buffet was awesome, everything from eggs to waffles prepared fresh.The pool was nice being indoors for the kids.

“Nice Place to Stay!”

In recent months, I have stayed at many hotels on the North Shore and near O'Hare. This hotel is, by far, the nicest and most friendly place I've stayed at by far. The resturant, while slightly high, is not out of line for the Chicago area, and the food is excellent. The pool area is a delight, and the rooms (and the bed) was very comfortable. It's a quick easy-on and off from the hotel on River Rd. to the airport or to the Kennedy expressway via I-190. When I returned my rental car, I was at my gate within half an hour after I left the hotel. I will stay here again when I come back to Chicago!

This hotel is well maintained, and the staff is super friendly. Most comfortable beds, and free parking, which is rare in Chicago. Definitely will stay again !!

“Very Impressed”

We were extremely pleased with everything about this hotel, from the friendly staff to the welcoming feel that you get when you enter the lobby area, to the way the room was presented, to the excellent food in the restaurant, to the way the indoor pool area and hot tub were. Everything was 1st class. The room itself was extremely roomy, the mattresses slept like you were at home; it was clean, crisp & decorated wonderfully. I couldn't have been more pleased. Would recommend any day & will stay there again on my next Chicago trip.

“They know service!”

This hotel still knows what the word service is. All the associates are friendly and helpful. You can tell they love working there. No wonder they received an award from Hilton in 2007 as one of the best in the chain. They have van service that will take you to and from the convention center. Also will take you to local area restaurants.
