“Trip to Chicago”

I enjoyed staying at the Hilton Garden Inn for my first time in Chicago. My room was very clean, big bed,microwave, easy to find.

The hotel has 5 star amenities and service for a budget friendly price. As requested they gave me a handicap friendly room which made the whole stay for me comfortable. The bed was great with adjustable settings for its level of hardness or softness. The room was equipped with a heater and airconditioning which proved really useful with Chicago's vaccilating weather.

“Nice Hotel”

The hotel itself was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean. The only problem we had was that it looked closer to the public train transportation on the expedia map than it actually was. The nearest El station was at Midway airport. The hotel did offer free shuttle service to and from the airport, but once you were dropped off at the airport, there was quite a long hike to get down to the train station. We had my elderly grandmother with us, and the long trek was quite a problem. Other than that, our stay was great, couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. The shuttle driver even made a special trip back to our hotel to drop off out son's stroller that we had forgotten!

hotel was wonderful. staff friendly and always helpful. the front desk attendant even checked us in early the day we arrived (8:00am!). said she had the room all ready for us. trolley was a great ammentity and usually arrived within 5-10 min. after we called. easy access to downtown via the orange line at midway. free internet access in the business center with printer. price can't be beat and we can't wait to visit chicago again!!

“Will Stay Again”

When rates at downtown hotels are out of sight (as they often are during summer months) this is a great place to stay. Free shuttle to/from Midway, easy access to downtown via I-55 - yet it's the ammenities that will bring be back - it's not your typical dinky room and public areas - this hotel has generously sized rooms, indoor pool, hotub, exercise room, 24-hour office center, free internet, lots of available parking and great breakfast (the fee-based buffet with cooked to order eggs/omlets was very good).
