“A nice hotel”

Positive points. The hotel, is very conveniently located for Midway travelers. It provides a good shuttle service and the rooms are very comfortable, it provides additional services such as a very nice heated pool specially considering the weather outside the hotel. It also has a business center very convenient for printing boarding passes at no cost. Negative points. The hotel location is not very clear, it is at the back from all other hotels we no signs at all, so if you happen to walk in from South Cicero St, you'll feel kind of lost, food prices are high in comparison to the food quality and the front desk personnel could be more polite. Still the hotel is quiet and is a good deal, I would stay there in a next opportunity.

“Chicago HGI- Midway”

The hotel needs to get the taxi's they call for their guest under control. They are taking advantage of guests by overcharging on the guests. This is serious.

“great hotel....will stay there again”

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the overall ambiance of the Hilton Garden....will recommend and visit again myself. I was there with my family and we truly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks to the staff........

“Nice hotel near Midway airport for business travel”

friendly staff. Frequent excellent free shuttle service that will take to midway airport. Nice place to stay if you are looking for something near midway airport.

“Good value for money”

Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Spent 4 nights, location was OK as you can get a courtesy bus to the Midway Airport and then the Orange train into the city (1 hour travel). Next time may stay in the city it self.

“convenient and comfortable”

This hotel is a short distance from Midway airport and is nicely kept and eptly run; it made for a convenient point of operation for our 5 day stay. We brought our granddaughter over for one nights stay and the hotel quickly sent up a rollaway bed for no charge. The room was nice and comfortable, but it did have a slight cleaning agent smell. Our grandchild enjoyed wandering around the big lobby with fireplace and commenting on what a nice place we have; we didn't tell her it wasn't ours. The evening cookies and hot chocolate were a nice touch we didn't expect. The fee for parking is a bit high especially considering the great number of empty parking places that were available

“Not impressed”

I was not impressed. The lobby is modern but the rooms are not. The rooms need some updating. However, the location is great.

“Close to airport, everything Hilton Is!1”

Very close to airport, free shuttle right at airport, beautiful room, very nice buffet for breakfast around $11.00, we were going into city on sunday, this is the best way to stay on a saturday nite, prices in the city are high on saturdays, very happy with hotel!
