“Summer in Chicago, what Fun”

Great stay! Everyone was very nice and the location to all the sites for food and entertainment was perfect. Parking for rental car was more than daily lease. Take the train or Taxi.

“Great Customer Service”

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. I did not have to wait for them to checkmy confirmation number they gave me the key right away. Room was excellent!

The hotel was nice and the breakfast I had at the restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced. My only complaint was that housekeeping neglected to check the under side of the toilet when they cleaned my room. Needless to say I was a little bit disgusted by what was underneath there.

“A brand on the rise”

I think this is a good brand on the rise. I stayed at two Hilton Garden Inns, and the service quality, decoration, and locations are on par with each other. I think they did a very good job on creating the same experience for travelers. Very friendly for business travelers. Easy to locate, always near to a freeway/highway exit. My only complaint is that their front desk employees do not provide consistent quality of service. One can be impressively helpful and friendly, another can be cool and "just-doing-my-time". Overall, it's a good chain. Thumbs up.

“Great location, nice hotel, reasonable rate!”

This HGI was centrally located to all the plans we had for the weekend. Dave & Buster's is just down the street, only 10 miles to Woodfield Mall, and right off the Interstate to downtown Chicago. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. I was especially pleased with the whirlpool bathtub - bubbles everywhere! There is an in-hotel restaurant, which was nice because there really wasn't anywhere to eat that was close to the hotel (perhaps we just weren't familiar with the area). Breakfast was available, but a free breakfast would have sweetened the deal. We will definitely return to this HGI the next time we plan a long weekend in Chicago.

“Not bad. Not great. Would recommend.”

This hotel seems great for business travelers. My visit was as a family of 4. Pros: A couple of minutes from a highway and about 7 minutes from a street that has many different types of restaurants on it. 10 minutes from the LegoLand Discovery Center. The staff was friendly. Nice fitness & pool area. Cons: There are a few exits but guests can only enter through the lobby. WiFi was only available in the lobby during the first couple of days. Then it got turned on so we could access it in our room. There was what looked like a poop stain on a sheet on one of the beds (I wasn't going to smell it to confirm). Housekeeping did give us a fresh set of sheets. Found a bed bug on the window curtain. I squished it and looked around to see if I could find others. Didn't see anymore (probably wont have left). Bed was not the most comfortable but I've slept on worst. Breakfast wasn't free. Seemed like the TV only had about 10 channels. I would recommend this hotel to others if they would like to stay in this area. . I'll stay closer to downtown the next time I stay in Chicago.
