The water comes out brown so I was unable to take a shower. Management refused to give me anything for the inconvenience but a cup of coffee. Unacceptable.

The hotel is close to the music venue The Forge. There are 2 restaurants nearby that we also like to frequent, Juliet's Tavern and Chicago Street pub. Parking is easy and free, there is a pedestrian bridge that goes from the parking garage to the hotel.

Staff did a lot of complaining and not a lot of work I had problems with my remote and the internet the lines were terrible people didn't know what was going on I left the property yesterday cuz my key card didn't work for like a good time you guys still owe me $5 deposit because I had no amenities

My wife enjoy this hotel because it's easy to park at, easy to go to the casino and close to local concert venues like the Forge & a handful of restaurants.

We had a midnight fire drill. Got down 4 flights before we heard it was a false alarm. So back to the room, but the alarm continued on for 10 more minutes. We had a hard time falling back to sleep. Staff was unsympathetic. They waved a 17.50. Big deal! We gambled, plus paid over $100 for the room.

Facility was clean, room seemed clean. Went to put a bottle of water in refrigerator and found someone’s leftovers. My biggest pet peeve is bathrooms. Someone needs to look at white and green build up on sink faucets, brown spots in corners of bathtub. Whom ever cleaned this room last needs to make sure they get the streaks off the mirror, looks like there was something on the towel they used.

The property was outdated and not very clean. The food at the reserve restaurant was not bad but over priced. There were some extra fees when we checked out . That were not mentioned when I booked and paid what I thought was the full balance . Surprise Surprise. We got there early . And we’re charged $15 extra to check in to a room that was ready. I would not recommend a stay there to anyone .

Nice but nix the bathtubs!
We only stayed one night but the room was clean and beds were comfortable. I do wish all hotels would get rid of the bath tubs and make all showers just walk in. I think that would be cleaner and more hygenic. So i didnt like the bathtub/shower and opted not to take a shower. I dont know why they freak me out but they do. That would be the only update i would suggest but i loved how spacious the room and bathroom was.

Caesars Harrahs hotel in Joliet nickels and dimes everything. There is a fee for early check-in, for late check-out and asks for amenity fee even if there was no amenity given or rendered. There was only one working elevator during the length of our stay. The room that we were first given was dirty and smelled moldy, with a rooftop going to the windows which questioned the safety of the room. This hotel was where the bride and groom blocked rooms so we ended staying there to attend the wedding. There were a lot of people waiting to use the elevators which resulted in long waits. We wanted to use the staircase but there was a big sign that it will alarm when tried to open. The restaurants have limited hours and limited food. The front desk staff was somewhat sympathetic but they said it was company policy. We will never stay in this hotel again.

Beds were so stiff! Bed sheets were so scratchy and hot. Mattress had a plastic protective cover which made it even worse. Limited dining options. Pizza, burgers, and steak. I wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed here for a show at the Rialto Theater. It was a quick two block walk to the show. The room was a king, and was very spacious. It was also quiet given the street and river traffic out the window. The best the best thing was the bathroom. The tub was huge, great water pressure, and a lot of hot water. The stool was closed off in its own separate. We did pay $15 for early check in, as we showed up around 2:00 pm and check in is at 4:00 pm

Very nice hotel, nice room. No maid service. No breakfast service in the hotel. Was charged $17.40 per day hotel amenity fee. No idea what these amenities were. If I was aware of these charges, I may have booked a different hotel.
