The card reader into the hotel from the parking garage was inoperative making it massively difficult to access the hotel. I would expect that when paying extra for parking, you should be able to access the hotel’s entrance without having to send someone around to the lobby and wait by the door to let you in. The manager did take the parking fee off my bill so at least it was something. Also, the free breakfast was a little on the lackluster side. The coffee was good however, especially for hotel coffee.

From the moment we walked in everything was beautiful and everyone was kind. Staff was very helpful Especially when my son had a seizure while during our stay. The only complaint I had Was when I asked housekeeping if they could replace towels and take the trash and they didn't. Everything else was perfect. The rest of the staff made up for it with all of their kindness and selflessness.

Parking was the only issue. You have to pay extra for hotel parking. Outside parking spaces are for the businesses in surrounding areas but all in all was a great enjoyable stay!

What isn't explained is that there is no open lot parking and you MUST park underground at the hotel at a charge per night. This cost should be included in hotel charge.

This hotel was clean but very outdated. Decor was straight out of the 80s and didn’t make a lot of sense. Standard pillows on a king bed. Staff was friendly. Hotel was quiet.

It was a comfortable stay in what looked like a new hotel. The underground parking was welcome in the frigid temperature that day. Gym facilities were limited. The check in staff did not mention that parking was $10 extra - not that I minded but since it wasn't in the original purchase price should have been mentioned as an add on.

Solid, affordable hotel option
Good hotel option for the money. The keycard-activated underground parking garage made it feel extra secure. Staff was friendly and the free continental breakfast was solid. The only reason I deducted a star is because the TV was positioned to the side of the bed instead of at the foot of it (who watches TV like that?) But I would stay there again.

Whenever I visit my hometown, I always stay at the Hampton Inn Randhurst. It’s become a home away from home. It’s clean, it’s comfortable and has a welcoming staff.

Stayed 3 nights, and room wasn't serviced at all. They only offer service every second day. The smell of smokers is really prevalent in the corridors. Lousy experience any way you slice it.

Could not turn on ceiling light in center of room (very dark). Staff not helpful (take care of it yourself). Heater/AC fan petty noisy, when I turned off it made strange noises loud enough to make me turn fan on all night.

Really liked this hotel only twenty minutes from the airport. It's in a nice shopping area (literally next door to Costco and a mall) that seemed safe, and the underground parking was a plus.
