Staff went out of their way to help us getting around in Chicago. They even get us day passes for publick transport.

This hotel was the perfect alternative to staying at a over-priced property of similar quality in downtown Chicago....The staff was extremely friendly from the beginning of the stay to the end of the stay and especially George (Jorge) at the Front Desk (Reception), who went out of his way to always be accommodating.....a real asset to this hotel....The included hot breakfast was good, but the small room where you serve yourself gets very crowded during peak hours and can be somewhat uncomfortable....Perhaps a second toaster would be helpful. The airport shuttle is shared with Thrifty Rent a Car and always provided me with timely service. I have worked in 5-star hotels for the past 30 years and would highly recommend The Hampton Inn at Chicago O'hare....Kudos to the management and staff for exceeding my expectations!!

This Inn is very conveniently located near O'Hare. The facility is nicely appointed and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there in the future.

We were so surprised with this hotel. It was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was great, and they were extremely helpful at the front desk. We used their shuttle for the train to get into downtown and it was very convienient. We will stay here again when we go back to Chicago!!!

We visited this Hampton Inn last week and agree with all the 5 reviews!!!!! The staff both on the weekend and during the week were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there on a return trip to Chicago and highly recommend this hotel to all.

Others had written reports of noise issues...I had no problems. My room was very comfortable and quiet, and the bed was outstanding! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and slightly different each day of my stay. Wonderful experience!

We spent 1 night at this hotel We had stayed here once before and this time the rooms had been updated. Free wifi and a very nice looking room. We will definately stay here again.

This hotel was very clean. Bedspreads and other linens looked new. The breakfast was very good and somewhat different each day. Convenient location. Good shuttle service. Very satisfied.

“Great way to go when using O'Hare airport!!!”

This hotel is a really great way to go when using O'Hare. I returned a car to Enterprise (about a block way)in the evening and used hotel shuttle (leaves hotel every 30 minutes 24/7)in the morning to get to O'Hare. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and bed was GREAT!!
