We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Hotel has great location but what we liked the most is the happy hour the hotel offers daily at 5 pm. Staff is very friendly and helpful. For sure we'll stay again on this hotel.
Upon entering the hotel circa 10:30 am on Sunday we were greeted by a very friendly & courteous staff of 2.
They then gave us the good news that our room was ready & we could check in early - which allowed us to even get to church by 11 am. From there we simply enjoyed that great city on a very nice fall Sunday.
We had two separate reservations and the second one did not have two beds - but they upgraded us so we had one room for both nights. Outstanding view of Michigan Avenue and downtown Chicago. Walking distance to Navy Pier. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. They recommended places to eat and provided directions when needed.

A little funky but Nice and in a Great Location. Walking distance to Michigan Avenue and then the other way to Restaurants etc.
Room a little bit smallish but compensated by having a Balcony. All very clean, comfortable & presentable.
Staff were very helpful as was everyone in Chicago - Great City !!

I stay in a lot of nice hotels, and this is one of the best. Beautiful rooms, excellent service. I have no complaints about this hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer. In particular, James Pritchett at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
The Hyatt Lisle is located conveniently right off the highway and is close to our destination, the Universal Technical Institute campus. The promotional price through Expedia led me to believe it would be a less-than-stellar hotel, but it was, surprisingly, quite nice. Not posh, by any means, but definitely NICE and well worth the less-than-$100 price. Suite-style room (living/work area separate from bedroom) with two double beds, sofa, desk, flat-screen TV, free wi-fi, and coffee maker (very important!). The rooms and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable, but a bit too soft for my back (not the hotel's fault). Decor was minimal, but at least was not gaudy. Didn't check out the pool or exercise room, so I can't speak to those amenities. Breakfast was available for purchase, but we didn't try it, and we did not eat in the restaurant on the premises, either. Overall, an enjoyable stay!
