We really enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons, view was superb, location is ideal for shopping and dining. The customer service was also top notch, all staff were so very helpful and friendly. The reason my rating was four stars was solely because of the room cleanliness. The headboard had awful smudges on the wood borders, the counter tops, menu, nespresso machine, dresser, and night stands were awfully dusty with ring water stains and crumbs of some sort, and the mirrors had all kinds of splotches.

Everyone and everything was absolutely amazing! The staff was SO very helpful, and extremely kind and patient with my 5 yr old! The property is beautiful, and the room was fantastic. My kiddo loved the lake view! Would absolutely recommend!!

Four Seasons Hotels are some of our favorite places to stay and the Chicago Four Seasons easily met our high expectations with a greaat location, very good amenities and welcoming staff. We arrived very early in the day, exxpecting to wait for a few hours for our suite. However, Mason, at check-in, kindly checked us into our room immediately. We found the front desk equally accommodating three days later for a late check-out. The suite was very pleasant and super clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely linens. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast and evening cocktails in the Acorn restaurant with attentive and friendly bar and wait staff. The spa, pool and gym are very nice, albeit the pool/hot-tub needing greater supervision with so many children staying at the hotel over the long weekend (President's Day). We look forward to returning to the hotel on our next visit to Chicago.

The property in general is nice. Surrounding shopping and dining convenient. The room cleanliness just okay. I wanted to take a bubble bath but tub did not appear clean enough to do so.

Lighting in the seating area wasn't quite conducive/bright enough for working at night (3201). Suprised to see mildew/mold where shower door meets wall, some dusty baseboards, not quite the 4 season level of cleanliness I'd expect. Pool/area and spa were great, restaurant as well.

We had the most incredible stay at the Four Seasons Chicago. The staff, service, dining and spa were simply impeccable. As part of our extended honeymoon, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly magical, including sending up a complimentary bottle of champagne and strawberries for us to enjoy in our room. We will definitely stay at this beautiful property again in the near future. Thank you, Four Seasons Chicago!

Disappointing
I’ve stayed at this four season and many others, and this trip was disappointing. Several mistakes, oversights, and incorrect orders. And the amenities are overly congested, elevator was broken, steam room was not clean, spa showers had broken shelves — not the four season level.

The staff was outstanding. One complaint the bathroom shower was hazardous. Also the hairdryer was awful. Expected better from the Four Seasons.

This Four Seasons stay did not disappoint. The staff was attentive and friendly, our room was clean and as advertised, and the location was incredibly walkable to restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again. A+, Four Seasons! A+.
