Get Hotel W/ Great Staff & Shuttle Service

Posted 15-Aug-2014
Got stuck in Chicago and was able to book a hotel with Four Points. The staff was great and they had shuttle service to the airport every 20 minutes which was really convenient. When I checked into my room the toilet was running and I called the front desk, they sent someone over with in 2mins to fix it. (Keep in mind that this was at 11:40 pm). I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks you,

Nice hotel. My grandson loved the pool. Room nice and clean. Could use some updating. Bathroom door wouldn't shut. Needs fan in bathroom. Dis see sign in lobby area...looks like updates are going to happen. Would stay again if I have the need.

OK Hotel.

Stayed at this place for one night. It is an OK hotel. Nothing spectacular. The furniture in the room was sub-par. Most of the things on the TV are to be bought. It has adult stuff for purchase, if one is interested. I would not stay here next time.

A Honey Moon of a Stay

Posted 05-Aug-2014
Pros: I like the pool, gym, airport shuttle, and the overall appearance of the hotel.
Cons: What could be improved...nothing for me.
Location: I did not venture out of the hotel as we arrived at 7:00 p.m. and flew out the next day at 4:45 p.m.
My husband and I drove in from northern Michigan and were greeted by the staff with a smile. Our room was clean and spacious. The gym and pool were the highlights for me along with being 15 minutes from Enterprise where I needed to return the car and be free the next day to have the shuttle take us to the airport. My husband, who has suffered from a stroke 2 years earlier, loved that the dinning room was opened most of the day as he is a late riser and I is not able to walk very far. Definitely, plan to stay there again.

Old, pealing paint, cracks, mold. The poor quality of the room was not the maids fault. It's the lack of upkeep on the building. I haven't seen such a bad picture quality on a tv since 1995. Staff was very nice.

Very dated and worn out. Poor workmanship in the construction updates. Construction tools and supplies left all over. Elevators were extremely small and very SLOW. Wallpaper was coming off the walls in the room. Carpet was very worn and stained. Not worth $155 a night especially when you have to pay for parking when leaving your car their while fling out of O'Hara.

We were there for 8 hours and caught an early flight. It's very close to the airport. Hotel is getting run down. Long-term parking is nice.

Close to the airport

Pros: The king size bed.
Cons: The breakfast bar and service.
Location: Don't know. Stayed one night to catch a plane.
Currently going through renovations and the ceiling tiles are removed in most of the hallways. The layout is extremely awkward to get to rooms. The breakfast and service at breakfast was not good. The food was nothing special at all. The glasses for the juices were literally as tall as two and half coffee creamer cups stacked on top of each other. One drink and the juice is all gone and you have to go get more or bring three or four small cups back with you. The eggs were very bland and tasted like powder. The server came by once the entire time we were at the table. There was very little we could understand from what they said due to the language barrier. The cashier didnt' crack the first smile when we paid. There was no question to us about how the meal was or a thank you for coming in either. The food and experience was definitely NOT work the cost.
