Very nice hotel close to millenia park, Michigan Street, Navy Pier and all important locations to see in Chicago. You can Selfpark next to hotel cheaper

We had a great king room with access to the Gold Lounge which was fantastic. The room is easily walkable to trains and bus, lots of shops and restaurants and to Millennium park. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely, but don't charge for WiFi or to work out.

Pros: The staff was the best thing about The Fairmont. Friendly, attentive, truly wonderful.
Cons: Working out and accessing WiFi in one's room shouldn't be subject to a charge.
Location: Excellent location. The Cultural Center, Millennium Park, Art Institute, River Taxi, and a huge number of eats and entertainments populate the area.
Nice room on the 35th floor with partial views of the river and lake. Spacious.

Pros: Location, View, Cleanliness
Cons: Late night pizza was not the greatest, but we did not try any other dining at the hotel so can't speak for the rest of the food options.
Location: Bike and Roll bicycle and Segway rental less than a block away. Park at hotel and walk over. The Segway tour was so much fun! Great views of the city!
Walk to Millennium Park, shopping, dining, Segway tours! Our view was amazing! View of the lake and the park. The room was spotless and very spacious. Could not be happier with the staff and location.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Wallpaper peeling in bathroom though and some water damage. Otherwise, very nice!
