“Was treated like a Queen”

I had several personal issues arise while I was there from leaving my key in my room to not being able to get my laptop to access the internet. The wonderful young man at the desk went out of his way to help me and called me by my name every time he saw me. I felt so welcome.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last year for personal/vacation traveling and I absolutely love it! They are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are always amazing and clean. They are also very nicely decorated. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

“Very Decent Place to Stay”

Not a bad little hotel. Maybe not a super luxury property, but very decent for what it is. The staff was efficient. The rooms and public areas are clean and well-kept, and everything seemed to work. Good exercise room and pool. Continental breakfast was fine and the hostess was pleasant and helpful. On the negative site, the pillows were too soft, the windows don't open (not uncommon, but I like fresh air) and with the economy, it seems there is limited staff available at night, but everything else was fine. And the best thing is the location. Very convenient to everything. Lots of restaurants and other resources. I will stay here again.

“VG experience”

Of note for me, since I'm a technophile, was the computer access. It had a walled system that appeared to segregate the files of one user from subsequent users. Your cookies and passwords appeared to be erased on exiting. Wi-fi coverage was good and my iPhone had no problem with access. I had occasion to use the free breakfast bar for coffee and the hotel had a good selection of food--both hot and cold. The room was clean and comfortable. The environment was quiet. I did not use the pool or gym.

front desk staff (Diane) was soooo nice! Because of her and her helpfulness, I would recommend and stay again!

We were given the first floor as requested,but next to our room was the laundry room! It either needs to be sound proofed, or change that room to a office/employees lounge room. The contiental breakfast could expand to bread for toasting/donuts also along with the bagels they already provide. Their juices could include grape/cranberry or some other berry besides 2 orange juices/apple/H2O. The staff were very pleasant & courteous throughout our stay.

“Nice location”

Hotel is located near restaurants, shopping and movie theaters. Only one problem was encountered but hotel staff was quick to accomodate. I had requested a refrigerator be installed in the room for special needs diet. Upon arriving, no refrigerator was available. They wanted to upgrade my room but sold out. They kept my cooler in their refrigerator my entire stay which met the needs but was an inconvenience.
