“Great opening to the Magnificent Mile”

Very clean and friendly. Parking available at nearby garage for $26/night self-park. Fast, friendly, personal service. Very good breakfast included until 10:00 a.m. Excellent restaurants and shopping within blocks. Rooms are small but comfortable and very modern.

A clean, contemporay, convenient location. Large windows allowed great view and abundant light into the space.

“We'll Be Back!”

We travel to Chicago every holiday season, and always stay in the loop or near N. Michigan Avenue. We will difinitely return to the Fairfield Inn on Ontario Street. It's location is perfect for shopping and dining, and the hotel is very nice. Our room was somewhat small, but that is the only minor complaint. The daily breakfast provided is excellent, there's nearby parking (or a valet service if you prefer. All in all, the Fairfield is a winner!

This hotel was a very clean and simple hotel. Right in the heart of Chicago it was easy to walk around and experience a different kind of atmosphere. I looked forward to going back to my room to sleep. The staff are very nice and polite and respond to your every need. I cant wait to go back and this hotel is the only one I will go back to.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent. The only negative was the cost for parking.

This hotel was very clean and in a great location for our girls weekend. The rooms were clean and spacious. The contintental breakfast was a great perk for us since we were on a limited budget! I would stay here again and again!

“Great City Experience”

This was a great place for my vacation to Chicago. The staff was great and happy to accommodate our early arrival, and even a later check out time. They even held our bags while we explored the city before our evening departing flight. The location was excellent. We were able to easily take the L to Wrigley Field and other city sites. The bus stops were also near by, although many highlights were within walking distance. The continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. They had enough seating for everyone, which I've not always experienced at other hotels. I'd definitely stay here again on another trip to Chicago!

“Absolutely Impressed”

This hotel was only reated as a two star but it is much nicer than that. The continental breakfast was fantastic and the location is phenomenal - two blocks from the subway and two blocks from Michigan Avenue. We walked from there to Millenium Park and Navy Peir with no problem (and it was 100 degrees!).

“Very Nice Hotel”

Very clean, very friendly. The service was A-1. The price was terrific for a downtown hotel just a block off Michigan Ave. I would definately stay there again!
