“One of the best hotel experiences I've had”

The customer service was great, the rooms very comfortable, and the manager's happy hour and made to order breakfast was a nice treat!

“Very nicely remodeled”

I've stayed there before and they did a nice job since my last stay of updating everything in the hotel. Beds are comfortable, the TVs both in the bedroom and living room are very big.

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel... I couldn't see myself staying at any other hotel.. The staff and the food was excellent... Not to mention the drinks at cocktail hour... I LOVED IT .... Thanks Embassy....

“Will definitely stay here again”

I stayed at the Embassy Suites on a business trip and it was terrific. It's well located, quiet, and the staff is great. The rooms are very large with a separate living room with a full desk making it perfect for business travel. The free full breakfast every morning is great too.

“Wonderful Hotel!”

This was a perfect hotel for us with 2 young kids. The fish swimming in the pond was very entertaining and the glass elevators were very exciting to ride on. My husband and I loved the Managers reception with free drinks! We also loved the free breakfast, there were so many choices. This hotel is well worth the cost! We loved it!

We are definitely going to check other Embassy Suites while traveling elsewhere. When returning to Chicago, we'd definitely consider staying here again. The only reason we wouldn't is if we could get something reasonable downtown. However 25 to 30 miles away, it's still a reasonably short drive down Waukegan to the North Side. I'd certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

“VERY nice hotel for northern Chicago area”

We stayed for 3 days at the hotel. No major complaints. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. Have stayed at 5 other Embassy Suites in the past. This one was in an office complex location and not near any restaurants or shopping areas which was a little "different". Breakfast was good but the choice of fruits and muffins could have been better. I have never been disappointed with an Embassy Suite yet.
