“Can't wait to go back”
It is a beautiful hotel. The cook to order American breakfast was great. The suites are very comfortable. As you walk into the lobby and see the breath taking waterflow, and the smile on all the employees faces, you know your in for a treat. The staff was professional and extemely helpful.

“Great Vacation”
We took our kids (9 and 12) to Chicago for 4 days and stayed at Embassy Suites on N. State street.. The staff was wonderful; friendly and very helpful. I consulted with the concierge every time we set out for the day and his (their) advice, tips and suggestions were indispensable. The cooked to order breakfast was fabulous and something we looked forward to each morning! Thank you, thank you for a wonderful stay!
“Nice hotel and good value”
The hotel was very nice and in a good location to shopping, eating, etc. The manager's reception every evening and breakfast that is included is a great bonus. There are enough snacks and drinks at the reception to skip dinner if you want to.
“Awesome Location, Great Comfort”
We wanted a place that could take our family of 6 in one room (check, kids age 9/11/13/15), had a pool (check), with easy access to Navy Pier (check), easy access to the highway (check) and surrounded by plenty of restaurant options (check - within a couple blocks are Rainforest Cafe, Melting Pot, Gino's East, Ed Debevic's, and so many more). This hotel is perfect. There's even a Starbucks attached and a grocery store across the street. There's a real minifridge and a microwave so leftovers were stashed and saved for snacking later. Embassy Suites includes a hot breakfast every morning which is a time and money saver. The only downside is the $46/night we paid for parking a car. Ouch.
“My favorite Chicago Hotel.”
We love the Embassy Suites Chicago Hotel - Downtown. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the service is great. The breakfast offers a large variety of choices. And, we love the manager's reception. They offer snacks and free drinks. The hotel is centralized so everything is within walking distance or a short bus or train ride. We always try to stay here when we visit Chicago.
