“Excellent location for Pier Park”

This hotel was a great alternative to booking two rooms elsewhere for a couple and grown son. A comfortable walk to Navy Pier, felt safe walking back after dark. Hop on/off bus tour stopped nearby. The breakfasts (included) were amazing -- cooked to order or buffet. Happy hour a nice break in the day. Very friendly staff, efficient check-in. Only complaint, only one set of soap, shampoo, etc. for 3 people, which wasn't replenished 2nd day. Couln't find sheets for sofabed, turns out they were folded up inside it. We didn't have a car but parking looked convenient. May stay across river near Grant park next visit to be in walking distance of other parts of the city - or not as this hotel was convenient to Navy pier water taxi.

“Great location for Soldier Field”

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel when going to a Bear's game. Location is great, parking a little pricey but I guess that's the going rate. Very convienent, can even walk to places instead of cabbing it.

It had been several years since I had stayed at an Embassy Suites and I had enjoyed my previous stay. Over the years Embessy Suites has become an even better experience. I have already recommended the hotel to a friend of mine who will be in Chicago in January. A very good experience.

“Kid friendly hotel”

WOW!! What a great place to stay if you have kids!!! The roomswere very big and comfortable. The hotel offered many extras including a made to order breakfast buffett with a wide range of breakfast items. Great for kids!!! They also offered a happy hour with drinks for the adults and make the kids feel special too and lots of snacks!! The pool was a little on the samll side but all the kids care about is a place to swim!! The hotel is close to a lot of hot spots which makes it great for walking with little ones. We have stayed at a lot of hotel in Chicago and from now on we will stay here!!!

“Best Hotel with a view”

First time in Chicago and I was so amazed. The hotel was in such a great location to Navy Pier and also the Magnificent Mile (Michigan Ave) I loved Chicago and would go back again. Wish I would have had more time to take the boat ride in the Chicago River. The Water Taxi from the Aquarium was a fun experience. Have a night cap at the top of the Hancock Building was so beautiful. Pizza was great at Gino's East and so was Harry Carey's restaurant at the Navy Pier. Museums were totally wonderful and so was the popcorn. Cab service was also great and there were many of them when needed. Last but not least was tghe Beachstro Restaurant on the Beach. Windy City wasn't so windy in Sept. 2010

“Will always stay here.”

The Embassy Suites is in one of the best locations possible. 4 Blocks from Navy Pier, 2 Blocks from Michigan Ave. Theatre on the side and bowling alley. Within minutes you can be all over Chicago. Breakfast was great every morning. Although our outings did not allow us to make the Managers special heard it was really nice. The hotel staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions on eateries and places to see. Had a great weekend.

I plan on going back to Embasy each time I go to Chicago, the staff was great, the service is the best I have had yet. Breakfast is the key, thank you so much for taking care of us while we stayed in Chicago.
