“Reccomend”

Great stay. The staff was friendly, and whole facility was in great condition. The restaurant was great as well. I would watch out for the shuttle service availability if you stay the weekend of a wedding though. We got to Midway Orange line, but were left to take a cab back on return, because the shuttle was booked for the weddings. We were not told that until we arrived back at Midway, so $25 later, we were finally back at the hotel. Other than that, no complaints. Highly recommend.

“Great Stay!”

Great experience at the Doubletree. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The cleaning ladies were always available and did a great job leaving the room as it was but cleaning what needed to be taken care of. Great location to be out of the city but still easy enough to get downtown without long of a drive. The fitness center was also one of the best center's I have seen in a hotel.

We have stayed at the Doubletree Alsip twice now. We stayed for Thannksgiving two years in a row. We love the location because we have family in nearby suburbs. This is by far the nicest hotel in the area. We have especially enjoyed the breakfast, it is delicious!

Everything about this hotel was enjoyable. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean, and the location is close to Oaklawn, our destination. I will always use this hotel whenever I visit family in Oaklawn.

“Best service I've experienced”

I travel for business often, and the staff at this hotel are truly remarkable with their service. The front counter staff acknowledge everyone right away, even if to say I'll be right with you. They go out of their way to tend to any need- I saw they couldn't find a local phone number for a guest in the phone book so they looked it up on the internet after the guest went into the lobby, and then they brought it to her. The room service staff brought me coffee when my little coffeemaker in my room wasn't working. When I had trouble with the internet connection the the 800 help line couldn't figure out, the hotel engineer brought up his own laptop to test the room's line while I was on site with a client and then left me a voice mail indicating his findings. That's exceptionally taking responsibility for solving a problem. I am so used to service staff doing the minimum, and if your problem isn't solved, well, then that's it. These people seem to really make a nice effort for all guests. I highly recommend staying here.

“Most Comfortable Sleep Ever”

I simply loved this hotel. Very quiet. Couldn't ask for better service from the staff. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies are to die for. Only drawback was hotel food but not to worry, excellent dining places nearby.

“Alsip Doubletree”

I look forward to future business travel in the Alsip area and will book again with Doubletree. All of the staff , shuttle driver, front desk and restaurant, was genuinely friendly and attentive. The restaurant food was really good with healthy options and the hotel was recommended by my customer. Since I travel alone I look for hotels with restaurants and this one was great for solo travelers. I look forward to staying there again.
