“Really enjoyable!”

Although, Waukegan is a ways away from the airport, it was really convenient for me and right by the Naval base; there were great surrounding restaurants and I really enjoyed the hotel overall.

Comfortable room, bed and very comfortable pillows. Front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The service was excellent,the breakfast buffet was very good. The room was clean and quiet. The Great Lakes Naval Base is about four miles away,shopping center,bowling alley, restaurants, and night club are very close to this hotel. We felt the room was reasonably priced and we plan on staying here again in the near future.

“Very comfortable and very quiet”

We were so impressed with the quiet in the hotel. We could not hear people in the hallway or next rooms, nor could we hear the sounds of showers running in the next rooms, which is so common in other places where we have stayed. The bed was very comfortable.

“Wonderful”

This hotel was absolutely wonderful for our trip. The room was clean, and heat able to be adjusted for comfort. We had adequate linens for beds and shower. Personal care items provided were a wonderful addition. Also, the H2O provided, and iron, and ironing board were great additions on our trip. The close accomodations of restaurants were welcomed. Personnel were friendly and answered questions professionally and courteously. We highly recommend this hotel. Way to go Chicago!

From the moment we stepped in, the staff was very friendly and nice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We will likely stay there again if we ever have to go back to Chicago.
