“Excellent Service!! Can't Wait ti Visit Chicago again!”

Hotel stay was excellent. The airport services got us an earlier flight so we were early at the hotel (9:am) and they were the best. Not only did we receive our room right there and then but we were also asked if we wanted an extra upgrade to a larger room at no additional costs!! The hotel answered all our questions and was PERFECT! I will go back there and recommend this hotel anytime! Great Job!

“Great Place to Stay”

Hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was a great location for downtown sightseeing. Close to Navy Pier and Magnificent Mile.

“Perfect place on the Mile”

Perfect place and location for a visit to the Magnificent Mile and area. Very nice staff and accommodations. Close to everything - 1/2 block from the Mile and just blocks from the Loop and Chicago Art Institute.

“All-around Great Experience”

We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed it very much. The room was comfortable and in good order, no problems. Hotel has a wonderful pool and excercise room on the 10th floor, where you can look out over the city. Staff was very helpful, and it's only a block from shopping on Michigan Ave. Also, it has a very nice business center with computers and printers.

“Never thought of Chicago as a vacation spot!”

Good location, right off Michigan Ave (Magnificent Mile) and close to buses and restaurants. If you like to walk, it's in walking distance to Riverfront and Navy Pier. Viand restaurant no bargain, but very nice and there's a Starbuck's in the hotel.

This hotel was clean, loved the bedding. It was close to transportation and within walking distance of many attractions.

The hotel was half a block off Michigan Ave and the half mile from Navy Pier. The concierge helped book a couple of outings for us. The room was a very clean. Restaurants across the street were very good. Can't say enough good things about the hotel. Don't get this mixed up with other Marriott hotels which are in the area because a cabbie could let you off at the wrong Marriott if you aren't specific.

“Great Staff”

Marriotts are always a great, clean place to staff. The staff, however, at this Marriott went above and beyond. They were friendly and especially attentive to my teenage children. They proactively provided us with great suggestions and engaged my gaggle of kids in interesting conversation. I was genuinely impressed.
