The location was perfect. We had to get a room for the night due to a wedding we were in town for and it was not even a block away. The hotel was very clean and pleasant. The exterior could have been a little cleaner with the vacant lot next door, trash was collecting along the fence line but other then that we were pleased.

“Comfortable hotel and great staff”

I just happened to travel to Chicago for the Great Blizzard of 2011. Upon check in I found the staff friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and the room was also clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful suggesting a great Greek restaurant, Yanni, within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel has free internet in the rooms but it is wired only. The front desk clerk was kind enough to loan me a long Ethernet cable so that I could lounge in bed while doing some work on my computer. The blizzard came the next day and the shuttle drive still was able to get us to the training center nearby and also out to dinner each night. All guest were treated to a free breakfast to make for not having room service to clean the rooms on Tuesday. I will definitely stay here again, thanks!

If you are looking for a nice hotel with friendly service and a wonderful breakfast, here it is. All personnel in both the hotel and restaurant were pleasant and efficient - what a rare experience. The food was a 10 on a 1-10 scale - crispy bacon, perfect strawberries and even the oatmeal was excellent.

We stayed at the Courtyard for a weekend shopping trip. I was very happy with the comfortable beds, got a good nights sleep. Pool area was very nice, however I did not really care for the whirlpool, it had weak jets. Breakfast was very good, you could choose a hot breakfast, such as eggs or waffles. You can have the eggs done anyway you want. I would recommend this hotel for anyway, who comes to Chicago shopping. Woodfield Mall is only 3 miles away, as well as lots of good places to eat.

“Good suburb hotel at great XMAS price”

We were visiting our son and granddaughter so were only at hotel at night, and spent one day using pool with our granddaughter. She also loved the morning breakfast, but it was only available on the weekend. Could not beat it for the low price we got for XMAS week.
