Location needs a deep clean. Vents are all covered in inches of dust. Beds are hard and furniture is uncomfortable. Pool is very cold and hot tub is barely warm. Husband went into the hot tub the first day and when he got out and water evaporated, he said his skin was burning from the chemicals. Seemed like they kept adding more chemicals instead of properly cleaning it. Also, husbands keycard needed to be reset no less than 20 times while we were there. Very inconvenient. Location shares a parking lot with another hotel chain. Not sure if that place is owned by the same owners or is any better, but I would definitely not stay at this location ever again.

The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. We had teenagers in the next room and sounded like they were having wrestling matches. No one from the frotdesk came up to talk with them. Went to go do laundry in their facility and was out of order. Told me to go across the parking lot to the Hoiday Inn. There internet is very poor here. My daughter had a issue with her vehicle and could not get the ap to work on her phone. The frontdesk said that people were making them aware of the car, but they never text anyone staying there f ths was there vehicle. Besides every hotel I've stayed in you fill out on a card with a card with year, make , model, color and plate number just in case of an issue. They DO NOT. The bottlom of the pool is peeling. Don't know how often they clean it but a lot of hair. Bathroom walls were cracked and peeling so bad. Paint splatter on floor and cabinet shelves of sink. Smeared brown paint on the whites walls and left it. Had meet a few different people there that said they would never come back here.even if it was for free. Also breakfast was nothing to brag about. Thought i was eating powered scrambbled eggs like the Army. Oh and it takes about 7-10 mins to finally get ht water fr shwers.

This was a horrible experience. The room was nothing like the pictures or as described. It was dirty. No blackout drapes as promised. They said it was sound proof. It most certainly was not, and being close to the airport and the highway, it was very annoying. There was no clock in the room. After having left hotel to grab food, we discovered that our first floor windows, that opened all the way, were unlocked, and the screen had been popped out. Feeling worried about the safety of our belongings, we tried the safe. It was installed sideways, and did not open. We asked the front desk for help, and the guy didnt speak enough english to understand or help me. Another employee came and abruptly dismissed my concerns by telling me none of the safes work. To top things off, we then discovered that the emergency fire route information that is legally required to be in the room, was not for our room. So incase of a fire, we would be in trouble if we didnt realize it was for a totally different way. Telling the manager we felt dirty and unsafe, we asked of we could please cancel the next nights reservation. He again dismissed us with a no. Offered no apologies, assistance, or sympathy. Terrible

The hotel wasn't terrible. And the continental breakfast was fine. But the indoor pool was freezing, almost none of the kids (mine and other guests) could even swim in it. And I booked this hotel for the pool. The hot tub was luke warm at best and when a guest complained, the staff member said it was at 96°F, it was not and they just walked off(it was more like 75°F) Other guests had issues with not getting hot water in there showers. Hopefully that issues gets resolved. But it was clean and for the most part staff were friendly. I'd go back if i needed a quick place to sleep for a night, but definitely not for a vacation. Ended up leaving early.

I will try to be as objective as possible but it is hard. To begin the front desk was rude, he asked me how many people ? I said 7 in two rooms 4 adults three kids he counted us like if he did not believe it. Then we went for the pool and hot tub terrible attitude when I asked why was the pool water cold and the hot tub colder? He claimed that was standard and nothing he could do about it, the room was ok but the bathroom was in bad shape, I waited 5 minutes for the hot water to come, I will try to upload pictures of the peeling paint and damaged wall. The worst is the text message I received saying that for my second night they will not clean my room. I demanded for my two rooms to be cleaned at the front desk but they said no! Only clean towels, I have never heard about this every third day policy. I understand they are trying very hard to save money but they are really hurting the name brand of Country Hotels. I was expecting a lot more and have a nice time with my family in the pool but the entire experience was terrible with the cold water. I will Never come back here.

The property was in a decent location close to O’hare and breakfast was a a good standard for a country inn. The room we stayed in had several opportunities for paint, chipped and peeling or just not finished. The facility was not dirty and smelled of fabuloso but need cosmetic updates. Friendly staff

We have stayed at this property a few times in the past and each time was good except this last stay on 02/03/24 upon arriving everything was great easy check in room in good condition but the purpose of our stay was to get in the Whirlpool to just unwind and release so stress from our work week, first off it was full of kids under the age limit, once the kids finally got out and we had a chance to get in the water was lukewarm literally the jet was blowing out cold water my significant other didn’t even get in, we decided to go back to our room and try again in the morning 02/04/24 to our surprise the same thing I did inform management of this problem and was told it was was on 100 there’s no way it could’ve been that high with the water being again luke warm no discount was offered no nothing unfortunately we will not be returning to this facility as the whirlpool was the purpose of our stay

For as cheap as it was I was expecting to “get what I paid for “. It exceeded my expectations. *The pool was spacious (not super warm but not freezing !) The hot tub could’ve been warmer but, it did the job. There were pool towels in stock for us and the hours were great. *I reserved the least expensive room and was glad there was a microwave & fridge. I always check for bed bugs when I stay at a hotel - I found none. The sheets had a couple small old cigarette holes in them but that doesn’t affect my sleep so who cares! The room did the job for what I paid . The only thing that sucked was not getting hot water to take a shower. I ran the water for 40 minutes hoping it would warm up and it never did. I started one night so this was still not a big deal to me. *Breakfast exceeded my expectations ! There was Biscuits and gravy and they were delicious! There was also scrambled eggs, waffle maker, bagels, English muffin, muffins, fruit , yogurt cereal etc etc . Nice to see a hotel still giving a decent breakfast. All in all - you can’t beat the price considering there’s an indoor pool and hot tub and free breakfast. No its not the fanciest , yes there’s stains on the carpet , yes you can sometimes get a small whiff of smoke from some jerk who doesn’t follow rules but you have to look past that and enjoy the perks !

Mold on bathroom ceiling, asked front desk 3 times to have the people above us to stop stomping and running around. Checked in at 4:330 pm, Checked out 8:30 pm. Should not have to pay for this. Cold below zero and had to find another place to stay. Terrible.

Dont go there!!!
The room had wires hanging from the ceiling where the smoke detector was supposed to be. There was a piece of metal frame in the corner of room. The cable kept going out and i had to keep going to fro t desk to ask for them to come check it out. The hot tub was cold as the swimming pool was. The room was paid for by my company and they asked me for the credit card used to book room. So i had to wait another 30 minutes so they could deal with other customers.

Beds were to be made on the third day and were not. No personal items were on the beds. Rooms were nice. Hallway carpets had holes. Hot tub and pool heat was not on.
