“Great hotel in strange location”

strange location but helpful for us. 45 minutes from O'Hare and not much around that we could see

“AWESOME”

Whenever I travel, I make sure that I go to a Country Inn and Suites. I like their pillows and their comfortable beds as well as their wonderful staff. My stay at Roselle, IL was absolutely superb with the hotel staff allowing me to take a shuttle to my conference and to and from the hotel FREE OF CHARGE! They also have toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc.....AWESOME STAY AND FRIENDLY!

“Lovely Hotel”

Warm welcome after a long journey. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. We had not booked the shuttle bus to collect us on our arrival, as we didn't realise it was necessary, so she was very helpful in providing a taxi for us. Room waslovely and besd were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, so it was a pleasant stay and I would reccommend it.

“Nice affordable property”

This is a nice property, recently built. We stayed in a king suite. It was spacious, nice bed, nice/clean bathroom, sitting area, flat screen TV and free wireless. There was a food/beverage area with the microwave, refrigerator, etc, and a cabinet to store things, which was nice. The fitness area has club quality equipment in good condition. Nice whirlpool and pool area. The breakfast offerings were pretty good. There are some hot food items offered each day. They have cookies at the reception desk. There are some decent dining options, but you'll need to drive to those. This is not a good location if you want to spend time in the city, as it's too far away, but I was in the area for a seminar. If I need to stay in that area again, I'll definitely consider it. The price was right too.

Great value for the money, very clean, comfortable room, seamless internet service; and the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, with many choices. I would definitely reserve here again if in the area.

“Top of my list for next visit!”

Away from the big city hustle, yet downtown is accessible within minutes. Looks, smells, and feels like a brand new hotel (probably is). Shopping, restaurants, theatres, salons, basically everything is within a very short drive. Good breakfast with waffles, eggs, etc. Highly recommend!

“Great place for a great price”

I stayed there while taking a continuing education class at another hotel so pretty much I went there to sleep and eat breakfast for two nights. It was always very clean and still looked and felt brand new. Very clean very quiet it was everything I needed. Thanks to Expedia I also got a great price!

“Best place near Hanover Park”

Nice, clean comfortable, modern with flat screen televisions. Indoor pool/spa was nice. breakfast was great with many hot and cold options.

“Decent Place to Stay”

We stayed here 3 days. Our room was large, and the hotel was nicely maintained. We had 2 minor complaints. (1) Location. The hotel is near the I294 tollway, but it is in a relatively isolated part of Roselle. The area is not run down or dangerous, but a strip club and an adult book store are nearby. (2) Service. One morning, we were late in getting out of our room (11 am). Our bed wasn't made that morning. On the whole, staff members were very friendly and helpful.
