“Will visit again when I business trip in Chicago”

This hotel is new and very clean, the aera is very convenient and quite, room is very comfortable also have free internet, the front desk was extremely friendly and great service, highly recommend.

“Nice Room, Helpful Staff”

The Expedia page said the hotel would provide a mini fridge and microwave upon request. So I requested a set when I made our reservation. When we went to check in, we were told the room did not have a microwave or fridge. However, the desk clerk sympathized with us when he saw that we were staying for 8 nights, and he and upgraded us to a suite (at no charge). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was not so good, but there was a great pancake house in the parking lot.

“Welcoming hotel!”

Lovely hotel. Staff very welcoming and most helpful in finding information for sightseeing the folowing day and how we could best travel to the centre of Chicago. Having the Shuttle Service to the Metro Station as well as to the airport was a big bonus as we had no car.Very good restaurant next door. Highly rcommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel meet my expectations, and I woud definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. It was very fairly priced, rooms were clean and decorated very nicely, very comfortable bed, employees were very helpful and pleasant, and the general facilities were very nice. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the complimentary use of a guest computer so that I could print out airline boarding pass. The restaurant next door (believe it was called Charlie's Charhouse) was wonderful! Parking was plentiful and free, and although I did not use their complimentary shuttle to O'Hare, it's nice to know it's available if needed. Wish I could have stayed longer than one day!
