“Comfort Suites”

The Comfort Suites are my preferred hotel for the friendly and helpful staff and the cleanliness of the housekeeping. I do not stay anywhere else if I do not have to.

“Quiet hotel in Aurora”

Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast room is spacious and has plenty of light. Good variety of breakfast selection. Hotel is conveniently located next to the commuter rail station and a short walk to restaurants. The hotel lobby has a railway theme which is a nice touch.

We were impressed with the cleanliness, the room set up and the service. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. We won't hesitate to stay there again.

“Perfect place to stay”

The perfect place to stay if you want to avoid the downtown Chicago congestion.The hotel is adjacent to the Aurora Metra station. Also adjacent to Walter Payton's Roundhouse restaurant - excellent food! The hotel's breakfast is good, rooms are clean and quiet, nice exercise room. Staff were very nice We will stay there again on our next trip to Chicago.

I have stayed here a few times now. This is my first choice when in Chicago area, although a little out of town it has a good rail service to get downtown, about an hours journey. The staff here are really good, they made sure my request to stay railside was honoured, and they made check in and out a breeze. I was allowed to leave my large bag at the hotel a few days when I went to Dallas and back, no charge. Being a railfan the train noise was no problem for me, one side of the hotel looks over a freight line and the METRA commuter train station, so train noise is inevitable (but I didn't find it especially intrusive). I'm sure the hotel would do its best to put you on the non rail side if you request it, if you are on the rail side the METRA station is especially busy with early morning trains coming and going on weekdays taking commuters into Chicago. So overall, very good (staying again in a few months time). Good place for the cost.

Rooms were spacious. Fridge and freezer. Comfortable bed. Helpful front desk service.

hotel has excellent location for my needs, good adjoining restaurant, nearby casino. breakfast is good and free.

My 3rd or 4th time here. easy check in, decent room, swimming pool available if required, reasonable breakfast.

“Good location outside Chicago”

The hotel is very convenient for the METRA rail station which is adjacent. Trains from/to Chicago are frequent and cheap so make this a good alternative to staying in the city which can be expensive. Next to the hotel is a brewpub which is in the old railway roundhouse, good food and beer. Also near by (5 mins walk) is the Hollywood Casino for those who want to try their luck. Apart from these 2 attractions there doesn't seem to be much else in the near vacinity, but I was satisfied enough with my stay and would stay again. Hotel reception staff were very friendly, rooms were a good size, all in all a good place to stay.
