Great hotel, great location!

Posted 25-Nov-2014
Pros: Clean and decent. Helpful staff.
Cons: The TVs were pretty awful, but that's my only real complaint.
Location: In the Loop - trains, buses very nearby... lots of great restaurants within walking distance.
This hotel is in a great location, inexpensive, and a tad above basic. Free wifi and free filtered bottled water. Towels and sheets were big and soft, too. The room is very small, but I only needed it for a place to sleep and wasn't anticipating spending much time there. Staff members were very helpful, and they even held our bags after check out so that we could continue to explore the city. Attached restaurant is GREAT. Good food!

Great hotel, great deal

Posted 23-Nov-2014
Pros: Filtered water, noise machine, room just right size.
Cons: TV was in an odd place, but I didn't watch much TV
Location: numerous restaurants and convenience stores.
This hotel is very reasonably priced and you get lots of perks you don't get at larger hotels. My favorites were the filtered water on every floor and the complimentary noise machine. The filtered water is so nice, because hotels get so dry and I personally get very thirsty in hotels, so this was great. In addition, I need white noise to sleep, and all I had to do was call down and they delivered it to my room. The staff was friendly, and there are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Nice Hotel

Posted 18-Nov-2014
This is a nice hotel. Their average sized room is very modern and cozy, but very small. You might want to consider upgrading. The location is great especially if you want to take the train from O'hara airport, train stop is only a block away. I would recommend this hotel......

Perfect stay

Posted 13-Nov-2014
Pros: Room efficiency, lounge areas, staff.
Cons: If anything . . . the television, which seemed to be unadjustable and remained dark. Better off and not necessary anyway.
Location: Art Institute and Chicago's library are nearby. CTA subway stops are close by and run everywhere, efficiently.
I booked Club Quarters, Central Loop, for its location near the Cadillac Palace (for Bob Dylan concerts) and found it to be comfortable, efficient, and quiet. NO DETAIL is overlooked. Mattress and linens excellent, amenities too. Several lounge areas, computers, snacks, filtered water, coffee/tea, fitness room, Wifi, books in room, great clock radio . . . everything made my stay perfect. Also you can "go green" and keep the heat off. The only disappointment -- not the hotel's doing -- is the adjacent restaurant, which has crummy bar food and is loud for an eating venue.

Nice Hotel, Small Room

Posted 10-Nov-2014
Very nice hotel. Daily valet parking $45 which was in my opinion very expensive and the room was very small with a very small flat screen TV (32 inch). Staff said the room was designed for single occupant (which I was) but I would have preferred a larger room.

Posted 05-Nov-2014
Pros: It was nice they had water machines/water bottles on the room floors.
