“Clean, safe, quiet, convenient”

Clean, safe, and relatively quiet place which allowed me to get good sleep before an interview the next morning. Certainly outdated style, horrendous artwork on the walls, and not many bells and whistles, but that was expected considering the relatively low price. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. Gym equipment is old and squeaky, but I got a good workout still. The free airport shuttle was convenient and punctual, and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel as well. Overall it is exactly what I expected.

“Ok for staying overnight”

The hotel is okay for overnight travelers. Be reminded that breakfast is not included in the hotel offering price. We arrive late in the hotel. The night shift staff in the restaurant have been kind and warm. Counter staff are just doing their job. It seemed that they didn't receive many foreign travelers. It disappointed me a little bit for I expected it to be a nice and warm experience I could have in Chicago.

“Not Impressed for a Four Points Sheraton”

My room was a retro room. Straight out of the 1980's. It had old furniture, carpet and fixtures. Not the quality I would expect from a Sheraton Four Points Hotel. Location however, is fantastic.

“It was not what I expected from a Four Points”

The Bed was excellent, the room was small and not what I expected. The good service was few and far between employees. My first good experience was the pick up at the airport, the driver was very nice and pleasant. After that not much kindness,asking questions of the front desk was not informative at all. At the time for check out I received excellent treatment. Where was she the whole time I was there???

“Needs updating”

Microwave, refrigerator and updated furniture in the room would have made up for the OLD appearance of the hotel and a better overall rating. the service was great!!

“Times have changed”

We have stayed at this property 3 or four times before, but several years ago. Time has been unkind to the place. The hall carpets and carpet in the room are in desperate need of being replaced. While we still enjoyed the convenience of the location, and the staff was excellent, I was saddened by how run-down it had become.

“Average hotel”

Fitness center needs some much improvement. Front Desk help was great. Did not answer my call to set up a wake a call. Ok location need to be more close to restaurants.
