I travel half a dozen times a year and am lucky enough to stay in 3-star hotels for most trips. I was in town because my daughter was attending a workshop for two days. I spent a lot of time in the room while she was busy. We brought along food for packing lunches for my kid, so the refrigerator and kitchen sink with counter were really helpful. This double bed room was quite large by today's standards. The counter space and sink outside the bathroom were roomy; perfect for two girls to put on their makeup and do their hair.
The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.
There were five of us in our room three adults and two teenagers. The suit worked great. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We made use of the complementary happy hour and breakfast which made it a pretty good value for Chicago
"A well located property that offers great design."
Well thought out amenities, sophisticated design and great location provide an oasis of calm when visiting this energy charged city. The restaurant s breakfast is passable. though I never ate dinner there, it is said to be good. There is a fitness room and a lovely glass enclosed pool for healthful endeavors.
Meeting interesting guests at the hotels free daily 5pm free wine reception is a treat!
The rooms are very big with a great layout. I am actually designing my guesthouse after their rooms. The staff is very good. Breakfast is hot and yummy. It feels like a boutique hotel with out the special prices..
Conceirge was great before and after we arrived. The Loop trains stations only a block or 2 away, easy to walk to Mag Mile and to get to Stadiums.
Room small but had everything we needed and the hotel is an eclectic mix of colours and styles, very well put together.
Loved the 5-6 pm happy hour drinks.
Recommend staying here
I loved the location and how convenient it was to almost everywhere I wanted to visit in Chicago. The staff was incredibly friendly! The food in the hotel restaurant was FABULOUS! In two days, I ate at the restaurant at least four times. I had an amazing visit and cannot wait to return!
