Pros: The cleaniness
Are there a lot of blacks who go there, because they weren't very friendly

Typical Club Quarters small room

Posted 18-Dec-2014
Pros: Bottled water and better than average gym
Cons: Bigger room? My room called for a queen sized bed but I'm sure it was a full size. The pillows weren't all that comfy either.
Location: Close to all the restaurants and attractions
The bottled water is nice. The room is tiny and left me asking "where's the rest of it?" when I walked in. I wasn't even sure there was a bathroom! It's bare minimalist though it has all the necessities. The room is pretty quiet in that you don't hear outside noise. Water pressure is very good as well as drainage. The gym was quite roomy and well-equipped. The HVAC vent blows constant air right over the bed so if you don't turn it off, you'll get constant air blowing on you.

Simple overnight

Posted 10-Dec-2014
Pros: Location, price, extras with no fees.
Cons: Upgrades to next room rate automatic.
Location: In the heart of Chicago, Willis Tower area, what more can I say!
Check-in was after midnight and was a breeze, got a late checkout, also no problem. No extra or hidden fees for anything, that's a BIG plus in the "Honor" category. Will stay there again!

Comfortable Hotel - Conveniently Located

Posted 08-Dec-2014
Pros: This hotel gets extra points because it is not owned by a chain. I get tired of all the cute messages and marketing chain messages.
I needed a bed to sleep on in the Chicago Loop this was a perfect place to stay

Great Hotel

Posted 12-Nov-2014
Pros: The lounge/computer room. Very relaxing and refreshments are provided all day.
Cons: Nothing really, except bigger rooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Location: There is a lot of shopping and placing to eat.
Hotel is very nice and in walking distance to shopping. They have a great assistance for internet. However, the rooms are a little small.

Nice hotel very central in the Chicago Loop

Posted 10-Nov-2014
Cons: Size of the rooms
Location: Very well centrally loczated in the business district in the Chicago Loop.
Very pleasant stay . Staff is very nice. Location is great. Fitness center is bigger than you would expect for such a boutique hotel. The only semi-negative comment is about the small size of the roooms. They are still more than adequate for a single and OK for a double.

Hotel staff was exceptional. Carpets/furnishings starting to show their age, but they were adequate. Room cleanliness left a bit to be desired (a couple of things were VERY dusty and it looked like the floor hadn't been vacuumed) but it was acceptable. Location is excellent for any loop destinations.
