“Would stay here again”

Needed a hotel close to the northeast side of Chicago. A great hotel,close to the "EL" transportation, great restaurants and bars across the street. The staff was great. The room was clean and very nice. Free internet and breakfast. What more can you ask for.

“Cannot Wait to Go Back”

I went to Chicago for (1) a Dental Convention (McCormack Place) for which the hotel was very inconcient except for the fact it was only 2 blocks from the train that I used to travel to the Convention and back AND (2) to visit my son at Northwestern University for which the hotel was very convient and in a GREAT part of the neighborhood.

“Nice hotel, great value and excellent location.”

Needed a hotel close to downtown Evanston. I was pleasantl surprised with the University Plaza. Not only was it a great price, but it was clean and confortable. The breakfast was an added benefit. Would definitely stay there again.

“Very helpful”

I was really stressed when I arrived at the Best Western late at night. The airline lost my luggage and I had a grad school open house the next morning at 9 a.m. The ladies working behind the counter found some toiletries for me and showed me on a map where CVS was and when it opened. They were very helpful and kind on a day when I was seriously stressing.

“Good Hotel”

I stayed here about 2 years ago and the service and conditions of the hotel were not that great. They appear to have improved considerably since then.

“Best Hotel”

I loved everything about the hotel, great location, close to a lot of good food. Although be weary, they charge you 14.00 for parking soo be prepared
