Well cared for and very clean. They are updating the walls/ paint presently. Rooms are very tidy and in very good condition.

It was a very nice hotel and clean, the staff were a bit rude and wouldn’t even bring towels to our room, they made us come down to the desk. They were doing some repainting so some areas were taped off

Great location, affordable, pet friendly, neighborhood hotel with surprisingly large and modern rooms. Could walk everywhere including the lake (one block away) and Wrigley Field (3 blocks). Simple breakfast included.

Great walkable neighborhood with dining options nearby (we got food from El Mariachi next door, it was excellent). Easy parking in the lot adjacent to the building or on the street. We stayed here one night while in town for a concert at the Aragon Ballroom, it was perfect. Breakfast options were fresh and tasty, the cinnamon rolls were just as good as everyone said - so good that we ran across the street and got half a dozen to bring home. :) Staff were friendly, room was clean and quiet, overall a positive experience for a reasonable price.
