“SAS”

This hotel is right outside O'Hare. It was very convenient, cost effective and well maintained. Given where it is located we thought it was an exxcellent choice for the price.

“Lost & Found”

Upon checkout I mentioned that I had lost an iem of religious jewelry. I sstated that I had traced my steps and looked all along the way, but did not find it. I could not even swear that it had not fallen off in my travels. Before the airport shuttle pulled out the desk clerk was at the door handing me the pin. She had dispatched housekeeping immediately to the room and they found it. I'm impressed.

“Very nice hotel!”

Our stay at this Best Western was excellent, the staff was courteous and friendly, and best of all the room was clean and fresh with a very comfortable bed. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

“Top-of-the-line mattresses on top floor!”

We stayed one night each, coming into town and going out. Was the highest rated property near O'Hare for the price, and worth it. We scored a top floor king room the first night, and the bed was really, really nice. Like a memory foam-type mattress. We asked for the same room on our return stay, and we were moved to the top floor (exact same room was taken) and again had the nice bed. Apparently the lower floors don't have the upgrade yet. Front desk staff very helpful, and they have their own shuttle van.

“Very good service”

We are planning to visit Chicago on April and this hotel will be the place to stay. The staff is kind and the room was very clean.

“Excellent Location and Access to Trains”

This is a smaller, older hotel but it is in great shape. The rooms are smaller but very comfortable and well kept. The bathroom has some great amenities. If you are without transportation, fear not, the Red and Brown train lines are mere steps from the front door. Downtown access is just minutes away. Take a 2 minute walk around the corner to "Orange" for a great, unique breakfast.

“Excellent value and location”

The accomodations were a good value for the price, the location is very convenient for the airport and car rental. The shuttle driver went out of his way to be helpful in dropping me off.

“clean, comfort, excellent”

I was afraid of inconvenience before arrival. But it's excellent than I expected. I'm satisfied with shuttle, clean room, useful internet, coffee machine, donuts..

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed the restaurant and shuttle service to and from the airport was on time and much appreciated.

“Very Impressed”

I was flying my parents out of Ohare on an early flight. My parents have Dementia and your staff was very helpful and friendly to my elderly parents and to me that says quite a lot about tour staff. I was very impressed with your facility and I am sure I will be back. It was nice to have such comfirt and closeness to the airport.
