“Best hotel in Gurnee”

We had a problem with the toilet in our room, but we called and they immediately came to the room and fixed it.

Do to a strom in Waukegan, IL, there were a big power outting, cause light and phones and many of tree down on the power line, when the temple was at 90 degree.

“Great deal for the area...”

I spent a lot of time researching the different hotels in the area and most of them were either too expensive or run-down. This hotel fit the budget and was exceptionally clean and comfortable compared to the others. Definitely recommended!

“Worked out fine”

Aside from the very good condition of the facilities, the signs for the hotel were pretty much non-existant and it was a little adventure actually getting to the building. After several tours of other parking lots, we finally got to the hotel entrance.

Best place or hotel that I stayed.close to places that I want to go. My relatives live in Waukegan and it was located at Gurnee so it was very convenient to place I want to go.This is my second time,and I did try couple of places in Gurnee and Libertyville.But I am not satisfied with my stay on those 2 hotel that I will not mention the name. Best Western Hotel employees are very accomodating and freindly, I feel that I am home away from home. My family from Waukegan visit us in the hotel even them are impressed with the place we stay. I will definitely will chose Best Western Hotel again in my next trip to Waukegan. And I know it will be soon since almost all the relative of my husaband live close-by. thank you!

“Great hotel for boot camp graduation”

The only complaint I could possibly have, was that their sign needs to be bigger! The front desk clerk was very friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had lots of choices. My kids enjoyed the pool. There are plenty of restaraunts and shopping all at this exit. Most importantly, we were only about 10 minutes from RTC. If I ever need to travel to this area again, I will be staying at this hotel!

“Great Location”

This hotel was conveniently located to 6 Flags Great America as well as to some of our relatives homes. It was nice and quiet and we had comfortable beds and an updated room. The continental breakfast was adequate and we were able to make our own heart-shaped waffles!! Staff was friendly and helpful.

“Super Nice Staff, Comfortable Rooms”

My visit began with the front desk person being apologetic for not having a room ready when I arrived at 11:30am...are you kidding checkin isn't until 3pm. No apology necessary, but very appreciated! No big deal, we visited family, went to the beach, and came back. The room was comfortable. Bathroom could've been a little cleaner. A little bleach in the toilet probably would've done the trick! Hotel staff are extrememly hard working and very friendly. Walls are super super thin. Good hotel for the price. Breakfast was great. Breakfast room, not so much. The front room was hot due to the waffle makers probably. I am going to call the hotel and suggest they move the toaster to the other counter to alleviate congestion. The outlet is there, not sure why they haven't made this change yet. Seems like it would help alot. Would stay here again if I received a competitive rate like this time. I cannot say enough about the lady who worked breakfast. She did a great job and I personally thanked her for all of her hard work! She did it all with a smile...hard to find service like that these days :-) I didn't catch your name, but thank you again!

“Close to Six Flags Great America”

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. We were a two minutes drive from the front gate of Great America. The room rate was reasonable and I would stay here again.
