"Great location, amenities and shuttle service..."
I opted for a 21 hour layover to see a little bit of Tokyo and to break up a very long flight on the way home from a cruise ending in Singapore, and the hotel was a perfect solution to drop my bags, take the shuttle back to the airport to catch the express train to Tokyo, look around a bit and head back for a good nights sleep. There are three restaurant options to choose from. The only drawback I found was that they allow smoking in the bar, which I am not used to. So, I took my wine back to my room, which was fine with me as I was traveling solo.
The shuttle buses run regularly, the staff was great and the single room was spacious enough for me.
"Well priced and walking distance to the tram to Disneyland/DisneySea"
Great price for staying near Disneyland/DisneySea. The rooms are well kept, service is great, and staff understands English (if not, then they will try hard). Walking distance (~5 min) to the tram station (even for young children) or take the free bus to the tram station. Seems like the locals stay here because it's more cost effective and it's lacks the frills that most Disneyland travellers don't need. Internet access is limited to the lobby, restricted dining hours, etc.; however, these aren't that important for people who spend most of their time in Disneyland from morning to evening.
My 5 yr old daughter and I stayed in a cabin-style room; we're Americans who were visiting from Korea. It's the smallest hotel room we've ever had, but Westerners must remember things in Japan (and other parts of Asia where space comes at a premium) may be small and simply embrace the experience. And when one is away from one's hotel room most of the day, size becomes less of a priority. The room was immaculate, the bathroom was pristine, the shower was great after a long day at the Disney parks, and the quality of our twin beds left us feeling well-rested each morning. The front desk staff, bellhops, and restaurant employees were professional and friendly; some spoke English, and for those who didn't, hand gestures are sufficient. It's easy to catch a free Disney Resort Cruiser bus from the front entrance to the Disney monorail station, which one transfers to (w/cost, unlike US Disney parks) to reach Disneyland, Disney Sea, or Japan Rail (JR) Maihama Station (there are also free buses to Tokyo Station). I primarily booked this hotel because it was the cheapest hotel adjacent to Disney available on Expedia, and its themed rooms looked like fun. I don't regret the decision. We'd stay here again.
My kids enjoyed the bed and it's so spacious that we could move freely, clean and pillows are soft and comfy. The bathroom is big and no hassle for all of us to use it at the same time. Good restaurants around that smaller hotel , quiet andhad a good relaxing vibes.

Hotel room was a bit too small and location was a bit too way off from the railway station for 1st time travellers. But staff as friendly although can't speak english. Situated in a residential area was nice as it allows me to see another side of Tokyo
